    If u want the wiring diagram there r many on get,just google it.
    For relays, use relays of maruti car,as it of more ah.
    I used relays of 80ah and they are of 5 points.

        Getting a owner's manual is difficult. Even i dnt have. Regarding workshop there is an authorised workshop at mahim, i think it is of fort point i suppose. U can chk over there.

                Im getting 35-36 to the liter on the cbz 2001 model .. is that bad.. I know the cbz is notorious for bad mileage but iv seen people saying they get 40-45 and some more on their cbz . Is there anyway to increase the mileage . ill have to ask the previous owner but i dont think the engine has ever been opened up.

                  It is not so bad of 30-35 on CBZ it is quite OK.But yet you should try for 40-45 mileage on CBZ as other have.So try to proove and the engine once at dealership instead of asking to previous honour.

                    Today a rickshaw went over the front wheel of mine ... just after i paid the owner the money to transfer it to my name the front disk pads are touching the disk break plate , the mudguard is cracked on one side iv got to take it to the mechanic tomorrow morning.Any idea what all will need to be done... i know the rim bent and im guessing the plate.. but is the forks bent ?

                      The wheel nor forks were bent just the plate under the mudguard holding it had crack as it was totally rusted . So I replaced the mudguard (HH original Rs 735) and plate/bracket. But during this i discover that the tank was totally rusted from the inside as the bike was not used much in the last 3-4 years . Its on the verge of leaking would redoing the tank and repainting it at rs 2000 be better or replacing the entire tank at rs5000 . Cost is a bit of a concern. But if i have to replace the tank at Rs 5000 , I will. Will the welding and repainting the tank last ?

                          'Cbz" stickers

                          hi guys
                          I've a silver red CBZ star 2004 model. I wish to change the stickers on my tank as they lost their shine and some one peeled off a bit of them. I enquired in all HH showrooms in hyderbad.they are telling that company stopped manufacturing them. I saw some local made stickers but they are very bad..

                          Any suggestions where to get them ??

                            The other option would be to replace the panels... But an expensive option..

                              Don't rip off the original stickers-get a clear coat done on them after re-applying torn off portions by a local sticker guy.
                              I know places for these in Secunderabad, give me a call&I'll direct you.

                                Guys, help needed. Wanna overhaul my 02 CBZ's engine.

                                Can Karizma's bore kit be installed on CBZ? Or is there is any alternative to reboring the engine.

                                Your expert advices are required.
