Unable to understand your issue bro...
Can you be a bit more clear ?

    Edit: Ok ok got it...
Not sure what the issue could be...
Might be you would need to get the FI console checked once at PBK...

fi light flash can be an issue with the sensors. You have to get it checked ASAP.

Contact your SVC immediately. Any issue with that dreaded FI light should be reported immediately. You never know what the problem is. There could be so many underlying issues. Here was mine with a radiator fuse blown. Check the link below

        • as soon as my bike crosses 100kmph it goes off shuts off engine cuts off
and even if i don't stop bike at the side and just switch the ignition key off n
on while in motion bike starts back on
but if i ride below 100kmph no issues at all it doesn't shut
so it cant be on ignition key issue
while this happens no fi light nothing comes on either

About a year back, we had a similar problem with a 250 here in Chennai. It was baffling us on a long distance ride and the PBK here worked on it for three days without as clue as to why it was happening - they finally traced it to a bike down sensor which cuts off the engine when it senses that the bike is down in a crash - a safety device, but in this case, it was malfunctioning at 6k rpm, which is about where your engine speed will be at 100kmph. Please check this out at your PBK and refer this case.

If they seem unconvinced, ask them to check with Mr. Narayanan who is the service head for TN, KA and KL - the customer's name was Ravi Srinivasan in Chennai.

Here my painter would charge even lower than that!
Just remove the part, take it to the painter alongwith another part for color reference.
See to it that the shade is matched correctly (computer)&clear coat (lacquer) is sprayed for longlasting showroom finish.
The issue with metallic paints isn't shade matching. The plastic flakes that make the paint 'metallic' will never match the original flakes' direction, so touch-ups for metallic vehicles are ineffective. The entire panel has to be repainted. This is what makes solid shades so much easier on the wallet.

I disagree-a skilled painter can do it&match it as well as showroom finish.
The point what you mentioned above holds good, but a layer of clear coat on the part (for example RHS part of front bumper) will make it match perfectly. Next, the surrounding area needs to be rubbed&levelled.
I do not speak this out of theoretical knowledge-I have seen it being done in front of me umpteen no. of times on my friends&my bikes, cars too.

                        • Need advice on this one..

I am hearing some clicking noise from the front of the bike. Noticed it when i opened my visor yesterday. The noise becomes more frequent with increasing speed. Its not like that typical mechanical screeching sound from the disc or wheel. Rather it seems electrical (like the clicking/beeping sound the electrical devices produce..)

Other than the sound, the bike is perfectly normal. No issue in steering as well.. She is still in running-in phase with around 1300 km on odo.

Any idea what it can be? Will be going to PBK as soon as i can find some time..

Lube your speedo gear assembly in the front wheel with white Lithium grease. The PBK guys should have it.
