Do you cut chain cover? Without that, it could be causing problem as the M45 is wider.

but with MRF stock its perfect ! no sound nothing !
the thing is with stock MRF while accelerating i heard the sound slightly !
but when holding the clutch the sound disappears !
with M45 both while accelerating and holding clutch at speed between 57 to 62 kph the sound is very irritating !
the near by rider can also hear it !
i tried it , rode my 220 and told my friend to ride zmr at speed of 60 and i heard the noise !

our xbhp member , white ZMR owner from chennai , recently visited my place for his official work, so that time he met me and rode my ZMR ! he too found out the noise !
