and i more think i have to ask u, is that, do i have to make my main headlight on battery with relay....

Those Philips pilot bulbs are difficult to found cause they come with complete hid kit & no shop owner love to buy a hid kit above 5000 & sell the pilot lamps alone while storing that HID kit. That's why the shop from where i previously buyed those only telling me too check next week whenever i go there.
Reason is simple that HID kit is still in his shop & untill it would be sold he won't order new kit.
And as you in MUMBAI & not get this then i think there are poor chance of getting this in my city. But if once it in the shop i will purchase for you too.
And for that halogen bulb go & check car accessories shop you will get it there.
Yes if your going for 55/60 watt bulb then its good if you make it completely DC by battery supply & its even better to add a relay with it.

But personally i think those philips or anyother halogen & pilot bulbs blue in colour & stated white are not as white as led's & hid are & with time they tend toward yellow .
That is why i have purchased smd led pilot & looking for the HID

Yes I went to the service today and had a argument with them about the vibrations. What they told was that the vibrations are a norm for this bike just like any other bike(what the hell)

Finally they agreed and checked all the bolts and tied them, but none of them are loose.. Well as everyone states, I just have to wait for another 2k kms or so, let the engine broken in, and settled, and then think about this vibrations...

For the time being, I just keep the bike under 50kmph most of the time, feels smooth around that speeds.. Well gears are smoother now. A little happy..

And, I thought the following thingy was normal, but I'm beginig to get the feeling that it is not normal.. Once I release the throttle, and the bike is still moving around 40-50 kmph, bike just gives jerks.. like that happens on carbed bikes.. It is more evident when I go on a constant speed, say around 40kmph, and when there is no need to race the engine by pulling the throttle.. And on going in downward slopes bike just jerk like hell, like a mad bull trying to jump me away from its back... But no jerks when accelerating what so ever.. And it is not knocking for sure.. Hmmm.... Kind of let the time to solve it too as sevices are suck...

I am not sure but there is a problem between 2.5-3k rpm, the bike tends to jerk at these rpms and the acceleration around this rpm is never smooth I cant hold on to the bike at that rpms it jerks a lot like you said. I learned to live with it

i think jerks you are mentioning here is "missing" problem...i would suggest you to clean fuel injector from your SVC..it will cost 400 Rs....then see if problem exists

regarding jerks @40kmph constant, even my bike also jerks but i thought it is normal. regarding vibration my bike too vibrates @ 3500 to 4200 rpm but the thing it only left foot peg vibrates and nothing else, tried to explain the service but no luck. one more problem there is a "charr" sound coming from my bike when i accelerate or deaccelerate, like there is some problem with timing chain or some thing...

You mean 'missing' is like miss firing in the R1 type bikes!

Hey,take a chill pill yaar...lol..now you bold words(shouting)and red colored letters wil surely attract mods.I think he is need of the bulbs badly..He has asked same question in Karizma R thread and even in gs 150R thread where i think he read 400 pages almost for the bulbs.

Today i bought Zorrik 88 & then cleaned the Chain myself with zorrik & petrol then water washed it with pressure , cleaned using old toothbrush , oiled it using SAE 90 oil.

But while fitting the chain cover i noticed that BOLT of lower Chain Cover fitting near Gear Leaver is missing . Is someone noticed it when opened the chain cover or its my bike missing the bolt for the nut there
