I had a same problem but not that much, so the SVC said need to change the Swing Arm bush which was replaced in last service and now the problem is solved.Originally posted by yash3 View Post3) Swing Arm / Stay Noise , the Rear Tyre vibrates like Anything , found the Swing arm / stay Noise while Washing My bike , When i hit the Rear Tyre , I could hear a loud noise like Thad thad !
so swing Arm / Stay bush Over haul ! !
I have changed the piston pin, Rocket Arm, Camshaft of the bike, according to SVC dey said it has damaged because of fuel adulteration and are not covered under warranty, ultimately cost me Rs. 5000/- now the engine is making more noise then previous and whole body is vibrating, went back to SVC , they said ride for another 500 km then we will see... so now waiting to complete 500km.
Even i am also thinking to sell it off. lets seeReplace the words "I have to" with "I choose to" and notice the difference in how you feel.

Thank you for the detailed info. I have changed the pilot light to 5SMD LED and headlight 60/55W myselfOriginally posted by luvurbike View Post1. Open 6 screws around console and carefully remove those black plastic parts.
2. Locate pilot bulbs and pull them from behind. No screws, nothing. Just hold the central plastic portion (you'll know when you touch it) tightly and pull them. Make sure you do it carefully as you may pull the wire out of socket instead.
3. Remove the pilot bulbs (also by pulling) and insert your new pilot bulb.
4. After fixing the pilot bulbs and before fastening them into socket check if they are working as you may have to change the polarity.
5. To remove headlight bulb, first you'll have to remove the wires and rubber seal.
6. Then losen the clamp as shown in this pic http://www.xbhp.com/talkies/motorcyc...tml#post600257
There will be only one clamp (bottom one) in our case.
7. Take out the bulb and put new one in position and clamp it securely.
8. Fix rubber seal and wires back to their position.
9. Screw those plastic parts back again and you're good to go..

I am not happy with headlight color, its yellowish and the pilot lights are white, thinking of switching to philips or OSRAM.
BTW, what is the color of Bosch P43T???
Or any advice on the headlight that I can go for?Cheers!!!

Most of the Parts mentioned by you are also changed in my ZMR and the reason is same "fuel adulteration"...and most important they are covered in warranty...i havn't paid any amount for all those..Originally posted by dhiraj View PostI have changed the piston pin, Rocket Arm, Camshaft of the bike, according to SVC dey said it has damaged because of fuel adulteration and are not covered under warranty, ultimately cost me Rs. 5000/-
Also, in Fi bikes..fuel adulteration creates problem..
Yesterday my ZMR covered 8th Service.....only engine oil was changed..rest was fine...
Paid 528 Rs....includes 300 for Oil and 228 for Paid Service...
