Check for Clipon setup being even and equiv distance from center...Check for swing arm being stiff and both arm bushes not lubed ,and stuck.check for proper rear tire alignment with front..

    2) Tuk sound When i Ride over Speed Breakers even at very low speeds .
( service center People Promises the Fork to be Tight ) and No issues on it , The Problem Might Be from Inner Tube bush )

so needs Fork over haul .
May be but not so early....check for fork oil level, and quality.(only SVC)

    3) Swing Arm / Stay Noise , the Rear Tyre vibrates like Anything , found the Swing arm / stay Noise while Washing My bike , When i hit the Rear Tyre , I could hear a loud noise like Thad thad !

so swing Arm / Stay bush Over haul ! !
So early for swing arm service ?

    4) The Front Disk Plate Found to Have Un even wear ,
can be noticed when seen in flesh !

Hero People told They Have Some special Tool to Check the Problem with the Disk Plate
You can check while riding at 10 or 20 Kms speed and applying front brake slightly. If you feel to and fro movement in brake lever then your disc is warped...
    5) noise From Front Wheel when Ridden at 60kmph - i had this issue when i bought My Zmr - now its vanished can be felt some time ,
i head lot of Noise when riding With M45 , now with MRF stock the noise is pretty low !

    6) valve noise - is common on Karizma Series ( i told to Tighten then )

    7) i forgot the Other issues , so planning to appoint a P.A for me , so that The ZMR complaints Can be Notted down on Laptop now and then

Handed over My ZMR This Wednesday to Hero People .

they promised me that they will Deliver Back on Monday or Tuesday most probably !

So Guys what Do you Think About The issue ? ? i'm planning to Take A xerox Copy of Service Centre Job Card sheet and Send it To Hero People . so that They may seriously Trust on the issues ! !

the thing is even if i send it They will forward it to The service center .
this is Wat Happening in case Of My p220 FI . no proper response from Bajaj side when i Complained on p220 issues ! !

What about the HERO HONDA / HERO MOTO CORP ?

Really Fed up with ZMR , Planning to Sell it off

even my 4 year old p220 Fi did n Trouble me like this
Replies in bold....since you had given the bike to the SVC we have to wait and see for the diagnosis and results of work done.

    • @yash3: I think, you must mail to HH and claim warranty and change all these parts. The problems you've mentioned make me feel like your bike is 10 yr old. Seriously, you gotta eat their heads out!

I had a same problem but not that much, so the SVC said need to change the Swing Arm bush which was replaced in last service and now the problem is solved.
I have changed the piston pin, Rocket Arm, Camshaft of the bike, according to SVC dey said it has damaged because of fuel adulteration and are not covered under warranty, ultimately cost me Rs. 5000/- now the engine is making more noise then previous and whole body is vibrating, went back to SVC , they said ride for another 500 km then we will see... so now waiting to complete 500km.

Even i am also thinking to sell it off. lets see
Replace the words "I have to" with "I choose to" and notice the difference in how you feel.

                3. Remove the pilot bulbs (also by pulling) and insert your new pilot bulb.
                4. After fixing the pilot bulbs and before fastening them into socket check if they are working as you may have to change the polarity.
                5. To remove headlight bulb, first you'll have to remove the wires and rubber seal.
                6. Then losen the clamp as shown in this pic http://www.xbhp.com/talkies/motorcyc...tml#post600257
There will be only one clamp (bottom one) in our case.
                7. Take out the bulb and put new one in position and clamp it securely.
                8. Fix rubber seal and wires back to their position.
                9. Screw those plastic parts back again and you're good to go..
Thank you for the detailed info. I have changed the pilot light to 5SMD LED and headlight 60/55W myself

I am not happy with headlight color, its yellowish and the pilot lights are white, thinking of switching to philips or OSRAM.

BTW, what is the color of Bosch P43T???
Or any advice on the headlight that I can go for?
                Cheers!!!

Most of the Parts mentioned by you are also changed in my ZMR and the reason is same "fuel adulteration"...and most important they are covered in warranty...i havn't paid any amount for all those..

Also, in Fi bikes..fuel adulteration creates problem..

Yesterday my ZMR covered 8th Service.....only engine oil was changed..rest was fine...

Paid 528 Rs....includes 300 for Oil and 228 for Paid Service...

                        • Guys did anyone notice a small hole on the bottom side of silencer near the break pedal, is it normal if exhaust spits some of the flue gas from this hole also or is that a damage!
