    ZMR oil cooler is bigger then P220...i had fitted P220 oil cooler cover in my ZMR...you can check/search the same in my previous posts...

    P220 cover does not cover whole cooler of ZMR...

        ZMR's oil cooler is a little longer than P220's. But P220's oil cooler has four rows compared to ZMR's 3. So, my thought is four rows can give better cooling....

          Cooling takes place when air that passes through fins takes up the heat from fins.. Now there should be optimum distance between the rows so that area of fins is large to transfer heat to the surrounding air properly... Just my thought...

            Saturday had a 10th Service for my ZMR at 17802 KM.....just oil change and service...no issues in bike...everything fine...also not been able to ride my ZMR from a month due to winters....

              HM has removed PGM word as well as Catalyst (HECS3) sticker too...because it an technology developed by Honda and now Honda is no longer working with HM...so HM has to removed the wording...

                          Air filter, Spark plug, Disc pads changed in my ZMR at 16000 KM (previous service)....as well as Fuel Injection Clean....

                          After that nothing....working fine...

                          If no model from now come with sticker of PGM-FI then i think hero should atleast redesign that FI sticker instead of just removing PGM from it .

                          Thanks, yes insurance has been renewed. I get it renewed from my SVC (nSurePlus) by HM of National Assurance....

                                I too was thinking of Golden color....

                                Actually; here i found a shop who used to color/paint bolts...specially for bikes...my cousin who owns a ninja has get it done from his bike...quality was awesome after paint...need to check for a week or so...if paint stick fine then i will go for it...
