Well.. what you can do in case you don't find any direct fit is get it done custom.. but you gotta find an expert for this.. cos most of the custom made are horrible..

      Absolutely true.

AFAIK, getting one custom made is the best option. I don't see any direct fits... Try Dazzler's. (not a big fan though)

True, but not only does crouching on the Karizma look odd, but the low tank (non muscular flat shaped) and riding stance (upright handlebars and forward set footpegs) don't help in doing so either. Leave the pegs and the handlebar, at least they should have shaped the tank differently to aid in putting the chest on it while crouching. A little bulge, ala CBR/R15.
      Got a $5 head? Get a $5 helmet.

Bro you expect the rider to crouch during rains? Have you tried riding atleast a few kms by crouching? Try it. You'll know for yourself. You will not be able to move a limb. Zmr's tank is like thar and the split bars are way too far if you wanna crouch

I accept it but I found a sweetspot where in i don't feel pain when crouched up on the tank.. but yes.. sitting posture does look awkward as ZMR is a sports tourer

mate.. i have traveled in rain.. many number of times crouching.. not for few kilometers... but atleast 3 to 4 kms.. maybe you are not crouching in proper position.. I found a sweetspot where i feel comfortable during crouching position.. also this depends on your height... i am avg in height..

Yes. N250's pads are direct fit on ZMA/ZMR. They are marginally better at the same.

                        • I replaced the stock ZMA palm grips, which became slippery after 6.5 years, with the rubber palm grips of Dazzler/Unicorn. They are awesome for grip in all conditions. The accelerator grip is not a straight fit; had to peel of the grip from the plastic cylinder and use it. I don't know if these can be fitted to ZMR. Need to check.

As far as I know, both ZMA and ZMR has the same front disc setup. I have known people using N250R's pads on ZMA. So, you can use the Ninja pads on ZMR too. But, wait for a confirmation from any ZMR owner.

Have you guys noticed the difference in the new GRS shocks. I have noticed this recently. The ZMR with zapper tyre is a 2012 model and the shocks are factory-fitted. And the ZMR with Sirac rear tyre is Rakesh_ZMR's. He recently replaced the shocks on his bike and they design is slightly different. The hydraulic unit is inverted. The mechanic at the SVC told they design is changed as the initial shocks lose gas when hit potholes at high speeds. I don't know how far its true. And I don't know how inverting the hydraulic springs adds durability. and I don't know if there are any other changes internally in the springs.

                                Old design
