    Last to Last year my whole bike got burnt on Diwali & at that time my bike's estimate was near around 27k which included all new parts(from headlight to tail light,which included tank as well) so you make sure if they need to replace all the body parts or just changing all parts to ensure they keep the estimate on higher side..sometimes they change full part even if it is not required as such..you need to look at everything personally!!

          I forgot to take cover off & that was of fiber kind of thing..I dunno from where a rocket came & that cover started burning..when i saw my bike it was burning all around..few parts started melting but fire didn't go beneath body as it was mainly on cover..water didn't work as well cuz it became like polythene while burning..ultimately when i somehow rescued my bike, its tank was half black(cuz of carbon) & few parts got malted partially..I took my bike to service center, first they told me that FIR isn't required so I didn't go for it but then after few days they said you need to get an FIR copy but at that time I knew that police will not write any FIR as that incident happened around couple of weeks(or may be more than that) back..ultimately insurance company agreed & they accepted it..so I got the refund within couple of weeks..
          I had to pay roughly only 6k for whole thing from my pocket in the end & got almost a new bike(as in its body)

            I think, you meant 2700 by 27k if I am right. Of course, side fairing cost ~ Rs. 3000 Coz once I have changed a lower side fairing+ Center V engine cowl which costed me 850 Rs.

              rough estimate was 27000 supervisor said he added some parts that didnt have to be changed...till now it has cost me 8k for spares

                    What is express order? Is it available with all service centers?
                    Just tell them you need the parts asap via express and then they'll see to the rest.

                            Front cowl both sides inner cowl both sides left handle and handle weight gear pedal clutch liver both indicator

                              These parts should cost you around 6K..

                                Guys anyone replaced chain sprocket set with the better quality japanese one, like Rolon? If you have, please let me know the part number..

                                I finally decided to replace the chain eventhough service ppl insist that the stock chain is in good condition as I cannot believe how it survive for 48k kms!!
