    Hello sir
I had recently changed the sprocket to the ones on p220.
The problem is that the chain is hitting the chain guard frequently, specially while changing gears. To overcome this I'm planning to remove the chain guard. Any other alternative???? Can you suggest wat would be the best solution???

Came back from 800 KM round trip to Kokan, travelogue is still in process, need to ask one quick questions regarding cross winds, it was the major issue in the entire ride, wind side-drag was too much, en number of occasions it almost pushed from one side to another any ideas? am i the only one who is facing this issue or all the ZMR owners? does it because of extra weight of Top-box?

      How to resolve this issue?
Nice pic there.. Most of the faired bikes without proper side air flow have problems when it comes to cross winds.. if you had gone through my ride report, I faced the same problem and to overcome this, I had to apply my entire weight on the tank and apply brakes slowly.. damn it was irritating..

        Hello all
Need a suggestion regarding the stickers for ZMR
        I own a black ZMR 2011 model
I had recently been advised to order the complete set of stickers from safexbikes.com.
There is availability of the complete set but they have not mentioned for which coloured bike.

Why have a chain guard, when you have an O ring Chain of P220. P220 Chain is slightly longer than Zma/ZMR ones IIRC. otherwise remove a link or two, that should solve the problem.

P220s chain link count is less by 3 to 4 links. I was about to fit it but then it was short of 3-4 links. I also got 4 connecting O ring links to get them fixed, but the mechanic in Castrol Zone aka Bike Zone said the Karizma chain is better and hence it is better to use it over the P220's O Ring chain..

I totally understand the fact, but it was totally frustrating and i found fatigue did come quickly as i had to put so much of energy controlling the bike, anyways I hope this issue is only limited to rainy seasons where we faces loads of crosswinds...

Does anyone here tried half fairing or tried cutting off a smaller portion of fairing to provide proper airflow within the fairing?
Bigger/ heavier probably 3.0 front tire is advisable?

I am thinking to put additional windshield as well as front windshield is nothing but the useless in ZMR 1.0

Trying the half fairing would do justice.. helps overcome the crosswinds.. but that will in the cost of looks I am not sure about the tires doing justice..

I won't mind trying, as far as the looks concerns i won't be bothering too much if removing half faring going serve my purpose , for me functionality always comes first... let's see i will try to get rid of em in my next ride and will see how it performs...

Sorry guys, I was mis-informed! 80/100-18 is 2.75 indeed. 3 is closer to 90 mm.
