If you're referring to Veedol Swift, it has been reported to be an awesome oil. @sibun da, is it semi synth?
Sorry bro!! It should Veedol, typo mistake... My retailer was also referring the same, but I though better trust Xbhp.com friends than a retailer.. he was suggesting to use it instead of AX7 as Shell supply in WB has come to an halt...

So you see Swift as substitute for AX7 in future..

NGK is the OE for ZMR (DPR8 EA9), so I'd recommend it. @ravi@17bhp anna, you changed the SP right? Mico or Bosch?

New engine will always feel harsh at high speed. Nothing to worry as bike has run only 1k and hero engines take as much as 5k to run freely. This is common in all hero bikes when new.By the way nice photos and after split hero's color quality is much better than before, bike looks better than other ZMR.

Yes Veedol super swift is a semi synthetic oil and is of 10W 40 grade and is API SM AND JASO MA 2 compliant. It is a semi synthetic oil but performs like a synthetic oil and i have used it till 5k in my joy and still oil hasn't got bad.I can proudly say it is the best oil that i have used and that includes SHELL ADVANCE ULTRA 10W 40 which is a fully synthetic oil but still i found Veedol super swift to be better considering the price.

Swift as a substitute for AX7, man, it is the opposite as AX7 is the substitute of swift. It is the best oil and go for it with eyes closed. Trust me totally, you will not shift to any other oil. Moreover it is easier to get in kolkatta as its head office is in Rajendra sarani marg.

I am using NGK G-Power. But, I have bought Bosch Super (MICO) spark plug and the cover says its suitable for Ambition/CBZ/CBZ Xtreme/Karizma/Yamaha Crux/Crux R/Libero. The model is XR5DC. I used this only for 100 kms. Its good, but I would vote for NGK G-power. I will post pics of the carton later.

Hero is supplying Champion plug for Karizma as a spare.

I am not bengali but my mother tongue is Oriya. But hey there is not much difference in oriya and bengali when speaking as most words match except pronunciation is different. Moreover the culture between Odisha and Bengal is not much different.

I have become quite a fan of the ngk g-powers , over the last 2 years it never needed any cleaning or adjustment , basically since fitting one I have forgotten that I have a spark plug somewhere . And this is after I have tried several other plugs over the years of all makes available here in India . For Rs 120 a fit-and-forget spark plug , now that's what I call bang for the buck ! if possible I'll never buy anything else again .
