Guys came back after riding 1000 km. Trip details are in Tourer section. The problem I faced is, it was not starting sometimes. Seems battery was too down. Had to start manually push start. Anybody has idea about battery like do i need to change battery ? Its 15k over now.

Lol.... sorry dude... btw... I guess you need to get your battery water checked and charged.. but if the battery leads have dried out and gone dead then you might have to get the battery replaced. Coz I got mine rectified... they changed some springs inside from left side part of the engine.... some Starter clutch overhaul...Chetan

40 mins and you lost patience!
There could be numerous reasons for this actually, ranging from a faulty contact, to problems with your starter. But since you are able to push start it means that there is definitely some juice in your battery, without which it would'nt have even started._________________________

I think you got those sounds from chair sprocket. It was really horrible sounds. Now I changed the sprocket. No more extra noises. And yap I think battery need to b replaced.Originally posted by chetanpulsar View PostComment

Iridium plugs will offer you NO performance gain. It will only be giving better combustion as compared to the stock Champion plugs, so the only effect is that it will good for your engine in the long run. Do keep in mind that the NGK's run for almost 30K kms, as opposed to the Champions which need to be changed every 10K kms.Originally posted by prankie View Post

Guys,
I just got my bike 7th service done today. They have change juice from battery. I took delivery at 4 pm. 5:30 I got the same problem. Bike was not starting. Again took my bike to Auto service now they changed something below list
Roller Cluth
Spring Starter
Bush Spring
Bush for spring
Total again I paid 50/=. For servicing i paid 900/=. Now lets see tomo what kinda dram my bike shows.Today no more time to ride herComment
