I think every 15k kms should be good enough...Originally posted by Ivin View PostGuys, at what intervals we need to change the oil filters??
Get your fairing nuts tightened... If they still persist ask your mech to place a packing at the front inside of your fairing below the console...Originally posted by kustomizer_me View Postyea...thanks bro..!!...my bike has completed around 21k in de odo...there seems to be some vibrations whn i cross 85-95km/hr...when i exceed that..!!...is it because of the chain or something?"stay hungry, stay foolish."

Looks like you need a decarb! You should go for it *only* if you badly need it!Originally posted by A@shIsh View PostWell not exactly like that..hehe
but it feels sluggish in lower RPM (upto4-5k)..after 6-7k it feels responsive..
what can be the problem?? i still cant find out...i have cleaned the spark plugs, tank was cleaned recently some water had entered in it, tire pressure is ok..carb was drained at the time tank was cleaned(sone 5-6k kms back)...any thoughts on this? is de-carb of engine necessary at around 30k? i havent got it done yet..
thanks for the giving some idea about the cost
The damage must have happened at the time when the last time the oil cooler pipes were removed. They might have over torqued the nuts!Originally posted by yash3 View Postno i didn do anything ! actually PBK mechanic told that clutch cover oil cooler bold threads have damaged it seems ,
so they sent the clutch cover to make some sleeves at hose bolt place in lathe workshop !
Oil filter only needs to be cleaned. Preferably you should do it every time you change the oil.Originally posted by Ivin View PostGuys, at what intervals we need to change the oil filters??

Vibrations are a part of the package...

No , I meant 'oil filter' itself... But, I changed 'fuel filter' because hasnt changed it ever... The svc guys said , changing or cleaning oil filters will take 2 days time, and I cant live without my machine for more than one day.... So didnt change or clean the oil filter...Ride, ride and ride.. But always do it responsibly..

Fuel Filter - Change every 5K kms. Earlier if the quality of fuel you have used is not good.Originally posted by Ivin View PostNo , I meant 'oil filter' itself... Oil Filter - Clean every time or atleast every alternate time oil is drained and replaced. No need to replace oil filter. Just clean it!_________________________

Fuel filter is under the tank, you can see it, and oil filter inside the engine.. You can see it after removing engine... For cleaning by self, try it...Originally posted by enfro View Post@praful where is the fuel filter located?

On the left side of your tank you will see a small white plastic bottle. That's your fuel filter.Originally posted by enfro View Post@praful where is the fuel filter located?

Oil filter is inside the crankcase, its not recommended for cleaning yourself unless your are very comfortable with putting back the crankcase cover back yourself._________________________
