Spoke to pbk guys about this issue more than thrice.. but this appears again after 100 KMs of drive after the service.. tried different fuel station.. still in search of a resolution..
I feel the fuel injector is clogged. I have purchased one for Rs. 906 today. Will let you know if the problem gets solved after replacing the fuel injector.

Dude. Mine also does 0-60 in 3.2 seconds and everything is complete stock and its actually slower because of the Sirac. Else would have been around 2.8-3.0!

Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handle bars to the seat.

Replaced the clutch plates costing 1600Rs. That didnt solve the problem. Replaced the spark plug. Fixed NGK sparks each costing 550 Rs. each. That also didnt solve the problem. Replaced the spark plug wireset with Split Fire twin core costing Rs. 360. That also hasnt solved the problem. Now I feel the fuel injector needs to be replaced. All in all the bike doesnt seem to have a life beyond 20000 Km. What a waste of all the money. A note to add: all of the above solutions were suggested by trained experienced mechanics from Bajaj.
Today the problem was solved. The reason was a clogged air filter. The idiots at the service center had dipped the air filter in lots of waste oil. I cleaned the filter with shampoo and had to remove layers and layers of grime and filth. Now my bike revs like crazy.

I think they were just fine. Though I did see some performance improvements after I changed the injector. The bike seems to rev more quickly. The difference will only be visible to the bike's owner.
I think it was a case of over oiling the air filter, which again does as much damage to the engine as an air filter without oil. Strange that, such basic protocol is not followed by bajaj service center's and all they think off is how to make more money by replacing unnecessary and expensive parts and giving wrong information. I dont blame them considering the limited education, knowledge and poor pay that the mechanics get. At the end of the day, the problem is yours and not theirs to solve.
