I have P180 UG4 and I am thinking of changing the fairing and visor to p220's one. has anyone done so ??? so please inform me the cost of it and what we need to make this mod possible !!!!!

.bike's been serviced recently and regularly..

i did replacethe fuel filter abt last 3-4k kms..air filter im not certain

throttle body hasn't been cleaned in a while,could that be the reason? I'll get it cleaned anyway i guess.

Rattle snake in my exhaust

Hey guys....I own a 220 FI too and just completed its 2yrs this march with 44444 reading...i have been facing this prob for a few months...there is this rattling sound from the exhaustec box (thats what its called i guess so...

) which is connected to the exhaust and is just below the engine....after consulting Bajaj guys they had a wooden piece stuck into the gap between the box and chassis..it stopped the rattling sound but when i was heading to goa...due to the bad road condition the piece slipped and fell off and i had this rattling 220 over the streets of Goa (Quite embarrassing

) so when i returned from Goa i got rid of this box as the Bajaj guys told me i can get it cut off at a local welding guy and it would not matter in terms of mileage or anything but the only change would be the exhaust sound....i did that....so now i have a exhaust without the exhaustec box sounding somewhat loud than the stock but IT STILL RATTLES...can someone plz shed somelight on me as to how should i get rid of it....(new exhaust would cost 7k so im okay with changes being made to my current exhaust..

)....plz help me get this rattle snake out of my bike's exhaust

There's a plate over the exhaust-tec box that gets loose sometimes and it can be tightened.

But, if you have removed the box and the sound is still there then there's a possibility that welds of the internal pipe have broken. Only solution is to replace the exhaust! Too bad you completed 2 years, else could have been covered in warranty!

Free Flow Exhaust

The FFE on my fi220 is cool ! the sound it makes is awesome !
easily touches 90 kmph ! touched 143kmph @9.2RPM

in a 1 kms stretch

just pulled in 5th gear ! have to try pulling from 1st gear !
and it looks hot too !

@ yash nice top end re,
Guy's yesterday i did a ride on P220fi, on long stretched road i was doing 132 to 136 on 8500Rpm(tank full petrol), its not going above that, i have rear tyre Sirac. why the Bike not going above 8500rpm??

bro even my bike runs with sirac and had the same top end !
130 to 136 in long stretched road ! once in a down slope i did 143 !

but now with FFE it easily does 140 with sirac ! i'm sure with zapper c or vyde with 36Trear sprocket ! acceleration and top speed will be up !

First get it tested on the roller bench at PBK to see what topspeed it touches.

The testing for top speed on road is affected by too many variables to come up with an accurate figure. With everything else stock and the Sirac rear, your bike should do 143-144 on the roller bench!

in the pics , is it just my eyes or does you sirac seem to be bloated ?
