Seriously! I will tell you one more shocking news, this 57 kmpl figure is after deducting 10% as a standard error. I actually got 62 kmpl.

Lol! May be the petrol pump has cheated me and filled 2 liters instead of 1.3 liters.

I felt shy to report that 62 kmpl.

Shirish, 57 kmpl was on highway at 45-60 kmph in 4th and 5th gears. No hard acceleration and minimal brakes. You would definitely get that FE if you could ride like this.

You could read what happened in the last 3-4 pages. Regarding your speedo issue, change the gear hub; its around 250 rupees. Everything will be fine then. Thanks for the pics Arun. I have taken the pics from the top view when the bore was fitted. As you read in my other posts, the bore was fine. I am back on the rebore now. Its doing fine and I could touch 110 kmph too. And this was the pic I took when the rebore was fitted. It appears fine. Sid, thanks for the input. We found that there was no problem with warpage. As you read in my posts above, the cause for the leak is the missing dowel pin. Replaced the gasket again and so far there seems to be no leakage. Lets see how it goes. Sir, my interpretations were almost yours. Even with the carb experiment too. I couldn't have come to proper conclusion without your help. I just want to know anything more that you can add after seeing the pics.
Man you are just awesome. No seriously you are missing a dowel pin and shoeb2015 and me were tensed as to what was your problem that cannot be solved. When shoeb used to call our talk was only about your bike. The missing dowel pin was from the time when the bore was changed as with new bore bike was smoking. Regarding the old bore then it is fine but it will smoke as the engine is revved as with any old bore once it is opened then it will consume oil. When it is fitted then no matter what happens it will not consume oil as the rings have set with Bore, but once opened the matching of rings and bore changes. As for the new bore nothing to worry as the piston skirts have grazed the liners. Keep that bore with you as you have bought with your money and while storing it just apply engine oil on the liners to prevent it from getting rust. Also apply a thin layer of grease on liners as the grease will retain the oil and not let flow off. When you will fit next then wash the bore with kerosene, and get new standard size rings. Same piston will be ok and just hone the cylinder lightly by just passing the honing tool in one pass only. For your carb why did you not change the slide along with carb as most problems are caused by slide rather than carb body. Your bike is leaking air from somewhere as a result rpm is falling slowly and also knocking noise. Check thoroughly for source of air leakage.

Man both of you stop giving shocking news as it feels like deepak chaurausia from star news. A bike can give astonishing mileage if ridden like that way. Even my extreme has returned 64 kpl two times keeping under 50 kph.Following a scooty pep can be utter boring but if the chick on the scooty pep is hot then no problem. Here girls do not ride scooty pep but Pleasure, activa, mastreo, aviator, e.t.c. Some girls will be there whose body will be less wider than the seat of activa and mastreo and they will be riding it and will be looking like floating in air. But the girls here ride very dangerously. They have only two position of throttle either full closed or full open, nothing in between.

You know its hard to resist a liitle bit more twist of throttle on the highways

Thanks for the inputs Sibun. I will store the bore as you said. On a positive note, we have practically understood what happens if dowel pin is missed. The existing rebore emitting smoke after 8k rpm (just checked), may be the rings haven't been sealing well. I will continue this for now, keeping an eye on oil level.

Regarding the carb, there doesn't seem to be any issue visually with carb slide and the diaphragm. Anway, I have ordered to source these parts and once I get them I would replace and see if there would be any improvement. For the record, the spark plug shows proper AF mixture, which may indicate no air leak. Lets wait till I change the carb slide and see the results.
