u shuld get the same at da service centre..

The RVM prices have been revised..they cost Rs251 each now, without fitting charges. :|

to start

Front tyre jump even on staright and smooth rd,handle does fast see saw instead of remaing steady. when braking it tries to skid or go one way but very difficult to say which side. handle does not feel symmetric, one cannot take sharp turns as earlier or easily manuver in traffic. condition is such that if you ride from electronic city to silk board and back you may have to lay down for 2 hours to ease your back out. well it will be difficult to explain all that in words one has to ride it experience it. that is why i asked someone to ride the bike and find out if bike needs to go to service center or i need to go to phyciatrist.

I think the problem might be with the fork or rim.
Do one thing, In an open stretch road, leave both u'r hand(be careful dude

). If the bike and handle is steady, the prob is with u...

Ok
Do these primary checks
1.Check the routing of the acc and the clutch cable.They should not be obstructing the handles movement.
2. Bend the bike on the side stand and move the handle left & right . see if its too tight.
If so loosen the fork.
3.I got what u said about the handle moving vigoursly. Check if the alloy is bent.
4. the pblm is not with u. its with the bike.100pc
Go to pacer or wheels.Get it checked .

I did that it does see saw more than earlier ie before giving it to orion i have given bike to orion 4 times he said something about fork oil being less

and they say they have corrected that but still same thing i don't understand how oil is less how it was ok so far ie for 4 months i had no problem whatsoever.

What the heck??? they were Rs 129 each... I thought, "WOW, this RVM costs less than my Victor's RVM"...... looks like Yamaha guys have heard me!

Check front tire pressure
Check front wheel

Same thing on my bike too from the day i took it out of the showroom.
Slight jump always , wheel perfectus so is the pressure .

Now got used to it :-D

hmm interesting, i can only imagine that whatever happened to his bike happened when he hit the bump. Short of a messd up fork, there isnt much else to go wrong in the front.

Whatever it is..I hope they don't "revise" all of their part prices this way and make this a "High Maintenance" bike/brand. They'll loose their price advantage or else.. a jump from 129 Rs to 251 Rs is too much, almost double! Hope the Yamaha guys reading this thread are listening.

Keeping the spare prices low initially until the demand for their company products increases and then increasing the spare prices once there're enough products sold is a marketing strategy. It's like taking advantage of helpless customers, cos the spares wont be available from any other source but the company..hence forcing us to buy them at whatever prices they decide. Hope Yamaha doesn't do this to us.

My bike was in air for approx 3-4 mtrs and was with pillion. anyways would bug orion 1 last time would asked them to check handle symetry and both the MAGS then would try pacer if everyone fails then would get entire front with both mags replaced. any ideas how much would it cost.
