      • you can claim your warranty(but if you have any extra electricals mounted remove it,if the SVC guys see it they wouldn't claim your warranty)..if the SVC dont claim it force him.

no need to pay for that damaged part..i too didnt pay (i mentioned the cost for your convinence)

          • Get your Relay replaced. It's the middle of the Blue ones. I had the the similar problem too. Relay got burnt( Acc to SVC ). It Costs a little over Rs 120.
If that's not the problem, I'm not sure what else is! Good Luck. Keep us Posted!
It was not covered for me Under warranty. Bike was 3 months or some 7000Kms. I had to pay!

The rear suspension cannot go weak so easily. I think you have never got the swingarm greasing done-get it done&it should be as good as new!

                    • Engine Note

                      Hi,

I've been experiencing a problem with my R15 regarding the engine note. While driving above 40-50 kph, the engine runs/accelerates with a strong humm. The sound is wavy ... like 'mmmm (hard) - mm (light) -mmmm (hard) - mm (light) ...'

I use Indian Oil Extra Premium Petrol
bike has run 1400 km on Yamalube SS since the day of delivery.
First service done @ 900 km

withing 500km after the first service, the gears have become clunky (I can feel the jerk of the transmission assembly hitting the flywheel )

Is it possible that the air filter is at fault/needs cleaning? I have previously owned a Pulsar 220cc 2010 model. I experienced a similar issue with it as well. I tried changing petrol (BP Speed) but only pickup has increased marginally. The sound is still there.

                      One more question !
When i stop my bike in my garage after say 40-45 min of city riding, i hear a funny 'punnnnn' sound from the right side of the chassis (coolant filling part). Is it normal? Bike is running fine though.

                      Thanks & happy holidays!

                      • Guys the problem which i was facing yesterday was solved today by the SVC people

As someone guess the relay got burnt and hence they replaced it for free as its under warranty

                            • Got my bike

Hey guys, got my Red R15 last week. Didn't get time to upload pics at that time. 2011 manufactured bike, Showroom guys have asked to get the number in first week of Jan so that its registered in 2011. I had asked them to not give me a bike which has done more than 5 km on the odo. It was 0.2km done only. (only the distance traveled on the trucks and unloading stuff probably.)
