Hey.. been a while :P

I have 2 queries.

1. My bike's front rim/wheel got a little bent (potholes!! yes, India rocks!!). As discussed earlier in the thread, I gathered that the a replacement can be covered under insurance. So I went the Wakdewadi Factory shop and inquired their. The main workshop guy, Nikhil said that insurance was applicable only for accidents. I don't buy that. Please advice. He says that the replacement wheel is for Rs. 2900

2. The tyre has about 5 punctures. I was thinking of getting new tyre up front. My local tyre-guy looked at it and said that the tyre is in pristine condition mar the punctures. So, what do you guys think, should I get it replaced?

^^ you will have to take insurance if you want to claim replacement for the rim. You can write up an incident report, and along with the service centre claim for insurance. Putting it under wear and tear will not go with the insurance company.

tell the ss mens that u met with acci make any story and say i want claim for the rim from insurance and regarding tyer if the profile is ok then no need to change if not good then u can change it

Looks like the new radiator which the SVC guys installed FOC is leaking-I can always see a wet patch just below my bike whenever I park it at office.
Anyone else facing the same issue? I never had this with the old radiator.

A friend of mine has bought an LE r15 mfg. 2011 faces the same issue. I guess it happens only when the bike is at side stand(thats what he told) . I think its normal with the new radiators.

Mine is always parked on the mainstand buddy!

Anyway, I'll get it checked soon.

Haven't faced such issues...
Check if the radiator hose is properly attached.

i dont understand r15 came with side stand only how u park your bike on main stand i mean is there is main stand for bike

well there is option of racing stand or center stand which you can buy from Service center these stand are not detachable

about racing stand rx stand i know is there is exact and permanent stand for r15

thanks guys i called my ss manager he said there is stand coming from yamaha it cost 750 rs its permanent one but he told me it is not sutable for mountains ride as it will rub with road in corners
