Also whether its worth waiting for new R15 2011 or not?

Guyz it turned out to be some wiring problem, which has been fixed now and feels good to have the bike back and hear the fan running in traffic

Had one question: Bike is 5 days old, am in the engine run in stage and have completed 180KMs, so far not gone above 5k rpm and speed always below 50. As the fan was not working for the first odd 150KMs, do i need to get my engine oil and oil filter changed or wait for the first service?

P.S. I was not asked to pay for any of the work carried out.

                      • Hey guyz
met with a small crash today.
was rear ended by a car at a traffic signal.
Nothin major happened. The bike didnt even fall.
                        Just the rear mudguard boke.

Any idea on how much it will cost to replace the mudguard.
All the indicators and numberplate, etc everything is fine.
Just the black plastic part broke.

                        Thanks for the help.

police dont catch people without no. plates coz they allow the no. to be written on the front fender which isnt the case here

that'sstrange,i know several ppl using 55W bulbs for the low beam on their R15's.do you leave both the bulbs on all the time?even in traffic?

with 2 HID's on all the time, your battery is bound to drain.

Glad the bike did not fall.
Its not your fault cauz those nerds might be not paying attention while driving the car .. or is it your fault ? :P

For the Mudguard. Did u not make a deal with the car driver if he/she being in fault ??
And the Mudguard would not be expensive :P it might be below Rs.400

PS : Dont make personal deals with people involved in accidents. You will always lose out.
