When I asked about the colour thing, they assured me I will never come to know about that. And yes they kept their word, it looks as if nothing had happened. After asking them how did they do it, they explained it in your way 
. There is no rattling sound now beyond 100kmph. Thanks again for the suggestion. One more thanks to DK bhau too for suggesting me about the shops in Navi Mumbai, finally I did it in Babbloo Motors, Vashi.
wat could be the problem ??? What can be done ???? sound, it increased when the wheel spins faster and vice-versa. I thought there was something wrong with the bearings on the front wheel, I had told the PBK guys about this during one of the services, but nothing was done. Now during my last service, I made sure the guy opened the disc, caliper and cleaned the pads, and voila, the sound was gone.... what a relief after months of mental torture as to what cud be wrong. sound, it increased when the wheel spins faster and vice-versa.
