    You can easily visually check the chain to find out , with some light and a cleaner portion of the chain you should be able to see the rubber rings between the side plates and the rollers . Like so ..

    It is important to know this before you service it because the two chain types have very different maintenance requirements and procedure .

      that is the maximum speed limit indicator for each gear. you should not cross that speed limit....like for example number 2 is marked near 50km/hr speed. this means do not cross 50 km/hr speed limit when in second gear...else there is risk of damage to engine.

          I will be better if you can wait a for a while specially if you have decided to go for P200NS. reason is that this is completely new bike and i would like to see if the first batch of bikes has any production or technical issues. Even first batch of CBR 250 had some issues which were later rectified.

                • iam using castrol power1 15w40 from past 1.5 years. will change this time to some other brand. have not decided yet. iam thinking of shell advance. castrol is fine but i dont see any major advantage. once i also shifted to castrol active, but i gears used to make lot of sound. so i changed it.plz suggest me if there is better oil than castrol for our bikes. iam not that knowledgeable

                  sometimes when in 3rd or 4th gear my gear automatically falls to lower gear. do any of u facing same issue? this occurs very rarely. i think its just becas i shift to higher gear very lightly. but i donno the exact reason as iam not an expert. ur views on this plz.

                    It's been a common problem with many twister, I think it's called false gear. Ask the service centre guy about this problem he might get it done for you.

                            if iam correct dtsi is digital fuel injection system. correct me if iam wrong. and if iam correct, than milage of bajaj bikes should be higher than any other bike on the market (thats the purpose of fuel injection, to increase FE). but it isnt euhh!!!
                            TVS is worse than bajaj saeber. Please do give misinformation DTS-i stands for Digitl Twin Spark-Ignition which is a technology with uses dual spark plugs. No Honda bike has it .,.While I agree Honda engineering is refined and better than bajaj,, Bajaj is in no way behind .. 50% of 150cc bikes sold are pulsars

                            • feel like dancing here!! got a pleasant surprise when i opened my newspaper. The headline says "petrol price will drop to Rs 49 per liter from 2nd April onwards" I hope this will not turn out to be April fool news.so guys looking for a tank full.....welcome to Goa!!
