Advice is a form of nostalgia.
Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.

Can you visually check please if it's an O-ring type , I've been curious about the twister's chain-set for long time .

Honestly ,I've never even tried going past 100 on 100cc 4-strokes , felt too unstable as I neared it .

Moreover used motor-oil is carcinogenic on skin contact , so is petrol(enters blood stream through skin) . Scotch-brite makes a comfy glove-set for dish-washing , I use it while chain oiling , foam-filter oiling, oil-changes , greasing bearings , using carb-cleaner etc messy work around the bike http://solutions.3mindia.co.in/wps/p...be8S4HRV82KCgl. Surgical rubber gloves should work well too . If you have already got it on your hands , first wipe with few drops of kerosene , then use soap or detergent soap to wash .

use kerosene to wipe off the oil then wash hands with detergent like Arial or tide.

Probably stickin the cam with some tape to the helmet so that it faces the speedo!

I ride it at high speed(100+ in odo) only at deserted 4 lane highways. I never felt anything scary. But in normal city or country side roads I'm scared to go beyond 60.
                    Thanks for the tip mate.

Thanks suchin. The bike is real smooth after changing the oil and chain. I compared the old and new sprockets. A slight wear in one tooth in front and 2 teeth at the rear sprocket caused this much noise and vibes.

Oil sparingly with any fresh engine oil like 10w30/20w40/2T . Wipe off all excess with a clean dry rag again . The less oils that stays on , the better .. less dirt will stick . In an o-ring chain you are not lubricating anything . The chain contains the necessary lubrication(grease) sealed inside the rollers by the rubber rings from factory , for life . In maintaining it the main aim is i) to keep it clean so that dirt or water may not enter past the rings into the rollers ii) keep the rubber rings wet & supple so that they may not dry up and crack iii) prevent the sideplates from rusting . Baas !
Too vigorous cleaning with penetrating solvents(like wd-40 etc) and hard brushing/oiling may actually be counterproductive by damaging the rubber o-rings or entering into the sealed area and washing away the factory lube or contaminating it with solvent or dirt .

Here pinaki confirms its a o-ring type chain!.

                          can u explain in details.
my battery is dead since 6 months+, i have charged it 3 times, but after 2 3 days it again drains out completly. i have no issues with indicator and tail lamp. they r glowing , but r lil dim. headlight is not as bright as before, and electric start never works. iam using kick since so many months.
plz throw some light on this rectifier thing.
Rectifiers are used to Covert Ac-Dc & charge the battery. But you said your indicators & tail lamp working then your rectifier is good. so make sure the indicator & tail lamp is working if the engine is off. I think there is a problem with the charging circuit so check is there any lose contact in connections. If you put a 5amp battery without checking the circuit connections the same battery draining problem will again occur

most Auto makers are waiting for Annual union budget to see if any increase in tax rates.they will accordingly announce the actual On road price.I think the bookings will start in mid April and deliveries will start towards end of april or early May.
