      • 1. Rear Wheel's alignment is out.
        2. Full body vibrations. Every nut bolt seems loose.
        3. Front disc pads in contact with the wheel.

I wonder if the service guys are school boys or professionals.

When i got my bike delivered, i bargained with show room manager to give a leg guard & Number plate as a complementary. But he gave me only leg guard.
That time only he told it's costs 275rs.
In local spares-part shop i asked they saying only 200rs.

Yes....thats true. These accesories I guess are not Honda make, so prices can vary between shops.

Thanks sachin for help !! I got my owner's manual but it is Hindi, I will keep pdf as future reference.

I read owner's manual yesterday and it says to start bike first time in day with choke ON but my bike starts easily without choke ..... Should I keep choke ON ? Why they have asked to keep choke ON ?

Second, I get slight noise from chain in 3rd/4th gear when I leave throttle. On checking chain slackness,I find it out to be little loose than specified in owners's manual. Is it ok to drive with little loose chain ?

                        • I paid 550 for the leg guard. The spares shop did not have it but the mechanics gave me 1 off the books....

There is no fixed price for things that are off the books , one can ask/pay anything.....

choke is used for warming up the engine in morning depending on outside climate. like if its cold winter and you are starting bike in early morning then use choke.normally you can start the bike without choke and let it idle for about 15-30 seconds and that's enough. if the engine is already warm or if outside climate is not too cold then choke is not required.basically the purpose is to circulate the oil by idling engine for few seconds.hot oil flows better then cold oil. but make sure you put the choke to OFF position before start riding...otherwise engine will overheat and can get damaged.regarding chain noise....a little bit loose chain will not cause harm....your service centre will fix it during free service.

ok...thanks sachin for clearing doubts. I am trying to take proper care of bike during its run in period. Let it idle for 30-40 seconds before first ride in morning, ensure that engine has heated enough before opening throttle,do not ride it on constant speed/RPMs, and keep it below 40 KMPH for first 500 KMs. Its done 150 KMs till now, any other advice you people can suggest ?

Sachin, any idea where all other veteran members of this ownership thread are ?? From past many days, its you and me only keeping this thread active
