Lol the speedo vibrated too much and started to touch 120 by mistake??? It's impossible for this bike to touch 120 with stock.
I would rather be riding my bike thinking of God, than sitting in the temple thinking of my bike.

the accerration was very slow. i did it on nehru airpoty freeway ie airport to gachibowli. now bikes are not allowed there. i did that while there were no toll booths:P
it took me a while to get that speed after crossing 80kmph. just applied full throttle and waited for a long time to cross 100. then continued as the roads were traffic free and straight

Do it again, and this time take a video, because honestly I don't believe you. Don't take it to heart.

check out this video. he has compared paper and kn filters with a device setup. its clearly visible that paper filters are poor in performance.

Ya K&N filters allow much air but it also allow a big dust particles inside the engine which cause serious problem in engine life.

My bike never struggled in pickup, i can easily reach 80+. I'm much confident to over take the vehicles. I touched 110 on my Odo but that too on a down road.I got a mileage of 93kmpl at a economical speed on highways. It's all about how we maintain our bike.

In user manual they mentioned at 15k kms we have to change the Sprocket but my bike crossed 24k kms but it's good in condition it can run even some thousand kms.But one of my friends bike sprocket got totally damaged at 11k kms.

Every time you fill petrol you check the air pressure.Bcz In fuel stations they giving free air na

He must be right. Because I touched 115. But later I found out that the meter is a little bit optimistic compared to other bikes. When I rode it parallel with other bikes(@50kmph) mine was showing 5kms more than their . So at 100 the difference should be much more than 5kmph . By the way, my bike is smooth. It doesn't create any drama eventhough I ride above 90, every weekend 150+ kms. (Some times full throttle for half an hour continuously). I suppose the actual top speed is somewhere between 95 and 100.
By the way, I want to put compound soft rubber tubeless tyre in the front. Cannot increase the size as it will affect the mileage. Any suggestions?

most Analog speedometers have some errors.error can be more in some bikes while less in others. I have been able to reach only 95 on flat surface and maximum speed of 102 by crouch forward on fuel tank to reduce wind effect. I can reach 80 smoothly without vibration or struggle, then between 80-90 engine feels stressed with mild vibration creeping in but once past 90 it struggles to reach its top speed.During high speed runs i limit my speed at 80km/hr to avoid undue stress on engine.
As per overdrive magazine, twister top speed is 95km/hr....they have tested this speed using V-BOX instrument.

                  • Heard that digital speedometer have more errors...compare to analogue..IMO
120KMPH is impossible for twister !!!!

i think Highest speed for twister would be 110KMPH

                      • I have touched 100 on palm beach road in mumbai, at full throttle crouching and a little cross wind.

I jus did a 250km trip from bang to tirupati, just with only one 15 min break, k&n filter is doing great! bike reaches 80 with just 30% throttle, a bit more acc it does 95+. as u say 95 should be the actual speed accepting the speedo errors.

                          • guys y r we discussing speed for last 2 pages? i got that 120 becas the road i drove was a traffic less road of 50 kms. u guys wont get that kind of road where u can just raise the throttle to full and just wait. in normal highways we have to be very carefull hence we hesitate to overspeed. i bet i cannot do that stupid stunt on any other road. so stop speeding and ride safe. i mistake that i mentioned it here in first place. never try to do it. when i did it it was feeling like the bike and engine will tear apart. there was too much stress on the bike.
