@vikaroura - You seem to be from Mumbai. I know a place in Thane - Sunshine Auto which sells LS2 helmets around the same price range. It is located near Teen petrol pump in Thane.

        • > LS2 Dragon

          Hi Guys,

I have been using a LS2 - Dragon for some time now, I was on lookout for some good replacement. Can someone point me in the right direction.

Points to be kept in mind
          1. Light Weight ( Dragon is comparatively heavier than other LS2's)
          2. Wind noise ( should be better than Dragon)
          3. Clear visor (Prferrably anti-fog)
          4. Price 4k (would shell out a bit more if necessary)
          5. How about the air-pump system can i afford one .

All in all the helmet should be better than the current one.

          Cheers.

A good helmet, to block irritating sounds on high speeds (110+ kph)
The visor should be optional ON/OFF
What are the best options in the market?
LS2 are the latest craze, even you can get Cross , not sure about wind noise in cross, but LS2 are ok at high speeds

If you want to upgrade from LS2, then the answer to your question has been addressed several times in the previous pages. Would suggest you stretch your burget a little more to get a good helmet.

              • Hey all, is there a 'used helmets' market as well? I own a 2 year old Cross helmet which I got for 2k, now I want to upgrade to a SOL. Was wondering if I can sell of my current helmet once I get the new one.

(Tried searching in this thread but could not get any results)

                  And any comments about Yohe?
I have met Raneet, he said no irritations on high speeds.

                    Uncanny!

Spartan ProGear - the SOL India distributors, just launched a few days back, an offer to buy-back used helmets - any brand in good and usable condition. Upto Rs.500/- for the old helmet when you buy a SOL from the 68s and SF01 series.

The plan is to donate the buy-back/used helmets to spread helmet awareness amongst college students/youngsters who can't afford a product of some standard. Since the intention is to provide safe gear to those who can't afford a decent product, the buy-back price depends on the quality and condition of the old helmet.

This is a company - sponsored social responsibility initiative and therefore only available at their flagship store. Mail them for details.

A man in my locality has this sort of thing above his helmet. Its red coloured spiked hair. Sometimes he puts on the mickey mouse's ears on the helmet! Rides a bullet classic with a bag behind him. Looks like some foreigner to me.

That is why I want it . I have thought of using double sided tape for glue so that I can remove it whenever I want, but I am confused what to be used for the mohawk...

I think u can use thick cardboard sheets (brown coloured, grain textured) for the solid structure.
