Ebay it is. Here's the link >> eBay - New & used electronics, cars, apparel, collectibles, sporting goods & more at low prices

Got them for like 95 Rs per piece. Dirt cheap TBH. It took 19 days for shipping. And this is only one thing out of seven I have bought on ebay delivered to me so far. I'm still waiting for other 6 things.

I want to thank you for your help in the past.

please update in this mod i am really eager to know.
also like to know the cost of each things..also explain whether it will make any drawbacks in battery as its 55/60w
I'll do it. I bought that Phillips premium 55/60W bulb for 120 Rs. If I'm not wrong this is available for less than 100 but then I found only one shop selling it so had to buy it at seller's price.

buddy what do you do for living? You should probably develop a new bike from scratch. I'll buy.

Hey bro no need to remove that screw of spring , just press the other end & slide it out from that stopper , the spring will release the headlight bulb .

LOL. You're right. I'm realizing it right now.
You don't know what I did to get to that point. Trust me I've opened the headlight assembly numerous times but this time to get to the bulb I even took off fairing to see opening to that bulb . I realized very later that rubber hose can be pulled out.

                    • @lockhrt:

You showed a lot of character by removing, refitting the headlight and console, I could imagine that the more difficult part would have been putting back those things in the right place after replacing the bulb. IMO 80% of the work is removing the headlight and console to reach the bulb. That's great DIY, and yes that bulb lock canbe removed without unscrewing that screwI had tried it earlier but somehow the bulb went kaput and then I went in for stock which has pathetic visibility. How did you calculate the luminance values? Also what are those air-exhaust you have written about?

                      Great work! what's NEXT?

Yeah it takes a lot more efforts putting everything back together. It helps a lot if you have someone to hold stuff while you're fitting nuts and bolts.

Those luminance values I've used, have nothing to do with physics.. These are just color values I've measured by using photoshop. In other words those are the values I've picked from same area of both images. Now these values are just proportionate to what it will look to eyes. I've measured them on the scale from 0 to 100. 0 being black as coal and 100 being white as paper.

Our headlights have 4 hot air outlets at the back. Why do we need them? Because the temp of filaments in bulb does rise above 1500 degree Celsius. And because of the heat radiated by them the air inside also becomes very very hot. And hot air expands. If hot air can't get out of the dome it will keep getting even hotter, ideally approaching the temp of filament. Such super hot air can damage anything if it's not passed outside. Those outlets prevent damage by passing that hot air outside. Also if the bike is moving the cold air will also get inside through same outlets. These outlets are stuffed using pieces of sponge to prevent the bugs and dust getting inside of the dome.

                        NEXT DIY?
                        Adding security to the bike.
