hi friends need a bit of advice here I have put nitrogen gas in my tyres they are doing good job than the normal air but i have a thought in my mind can we top up with normal air from the petrol pump will it give some trouble to the tyre in future basis as they say once you have filled in nitrogen gas in the tyre then you have to put nitrogen only. just give me an advice on this subject as I am new on nitrogen.. paid 100 bucks for both the tyre. as the service center was saying you have to continue with nitrogen only from now.
from where I got the nitrogen filled he said that now you come after 2 months to get it checked is this true?

Air leaking out dosent depend on time, its depends on the type of road your riding, the temperature etc,..... you can topup with air but then whats the use of filling nitogen? Damm costly too. What are the benefits you are feeling?

That's like my annual tire inflation budget ! Instead invest in a good tire pressure gauge and check the tire pressure every 10 days and maintain the recommended levels.
Always check and fill up on a cold tire preferably early mornings or deflate completely and refill !! even a couple of km of riding will give wrong readings. tire pressures are always mentioned for cold tires, because there is an increase in pressure on a warm tire..

Iam getting an pusar 180dtsi second hand at pretty cheap price,(although needs lot of work), is it possible to replace pulsar200cc dtsi block to 180, what mods are required, cdi of the current bike is shot, and so is the wiring.

yep , knocking at higher rpms , if you are going for this check the condition of the cam shaft ,timing chain tensioner and replace the timing chain, first try running with the 150 carb first, when you replace the valves get the new ones seated(grinded) to the valve seat

try the foll link it will answer a lot of your queries :http://www.xbhp.com/talkies/general-...sar-208cc.html

I am so fed up with the petrol tap it is like 4 time they will replace it the thing is right now the model number of petrol tap they are giving is
DJ141056 which is for pulsar 150 and not 180. when ever the bike is having petrol say on the meter 3 dots the vehicle will go in to reserve even if there is petrol in the vehicle for which the correct make is DK141001 which is the correct petrol tap in for pulsar 180.
which they are not giving anymore. I am like fed up this way unable to calculate the reserve to reserve.
Where as I bought a petrol tap with key lock which worked very well for me but the thing is to carry a separate key is like hmmm. Also my bike returned me 56 km/ltr. with this key lock petrol tap.
I wonder with the new bikes coming at the dealers are they giving the dk model petrol tap with them.

forgot to mention the red light was not blinking with the dj number as I am unable to acctually see the bike is coming to reserve in the correct manner but with the key lock thing it not only showed the red light but also came to reserve in the right time.
