as reported by a person on another thread, bybre is imprinted on the master cylinder of the new hunk similar to nissin imprinted on ZMR/ZMR's master cylinder.

I see you've laid your hands on the ZMR's Service Manual, could you please upload the one for the CBZ/Hunk as well?

Also, I asked him, but he says no Bybre imprint. Maybe old stock?

K&N air filter makes your engine breathe more easier , hence giving more performance boost.
Don`t expect any ground breaking perf. boost ..It will enhance only marginally..
nd yes it very much changes the exhaust sound of your bike..

            • Just completed my first service...580 on odo

The slick shifting and low vibrations blew my mind off....

After first servicing the bike`s gearbox is way more smoother and vibrations are also reduced....

So for new buyers ..here`s the mileage i achieved 30% city + 70% highway.

              3Lits/ 172km

              Thats 57 km /ltr !!

It is a matter to flaunt about that our brakes come from BREMBO and KBX...(sounds heavy....)

                      • Some asshole removed the sticker on tank (one that states gear shifting pattern and recommended oil ) while bike was in college parking. Not sad about sticker, but remains of that sticker's glue, make tank look little ugly. Anything I can do to remove it without risking paint job of tank?

anyway 342 Km on odo , mileage yild 41kmpl. A lot better than 25 kmpl

By side mirrors what do you mean. Is it rear view mirror.

To remove the glue easiest method is to take a small cloth and wet it with petrol and wipe the glue. Continue wetting and wiping till all the glue is removed. Take care not to spread the side areas with glue. After all the glue is removed, wash the tank with shampoo and then apply wax polish on tank.Get a new sticker from service center for Rs.24.
                          UPDATE:-

Completed fifth service just yesterday. My bike has been serviced by one mechanic from day-1 and the guy is very humble and very polite. Any work i tell he does it eagerly. From the 1st service itself my bike is first serviced and then washed so that greasy hands do not make it dirty.
in this service nothing major was done and he checked the following:-
                          1. Changed the engine oil
                          2. Cleaned the air filter
                          3. Tightened the drive chain
                          4. Checked the brakes
                          5. Cleaned the battery terminals of carbon
                          6. Washed the bike
                          7. Polished the bike
As i have told him from first service he didn't touch the carb, clutch setting and idle setting.
I like to ride with more play with clutch, so clutch play is more than most extreme.
Idle is 900 at cold and 1200 when hot and rest all is as i have set it myself.

So,is it advisable for us to count the number of turns of the fuel screw before giving the bike for first service ?

My first service due on 500km. I didnt clearly understand what you meant "he didnt touch carb". My brother said, every time you give it to servicing, they will adjust screw for adjusting mixture of air and fuel. are you saying that factory setting must be retained? and why?

Sorry.. my questions may sound stupid. But Im totally newbie to biking.
