Need help regarding my front disc brakes

.
Wenever i press it little hard, it sounds like Gharad gharad... as if its being rubbed by a heavy metal or stone,its not like smooth and full stoppage.it never stops fully,no matter hw hard i press it. may be its little loose,shud i go to svc guys or i need to ckeck sumthing on my own. there is no sign of rusting/oil grease on discs.

thanks mate. some problems i noticed is some time while gear changing there is a slipping in the chain. another my break light always glow (rear brake light button jammed i think). Gear shifting tight i think this may solve in my first service. hitted 700km may be tomorrow i will service.
yesterday for 2 liter petrol i got 82km. 30km in city ride and remaining in no traffic roads.
and happiest thing is every one look into my bike coz of new model and look. i was really happy about it. if i take pulsar 180 no one will look like that. By baby make me unique ( in my area)

Guys..
I'm planning to switch to 20W40 oil from stock 10W30. Do I need to drain out the whole 1.2L of current oil and fill in the fresh or just fill 900ml as usual..?

Am i fooled ??

i had a minute issue with my front disc brakes,went to SVC today and reported them about my issue. They say it will be done but in the lieu of my 2nd free service.wott

.

its 1800Km on my odo and 2nd free service was due on 2500 Km, am i fooled or its usual process for any repair to be done on any new bike.

. so wat if i get another issue pretty soon,wont they do it without tearing my another free service page

??

Aside this i was asked for teflon coating and i was not in mood of it but they said it wud cost 350 Rs for 3 times. i dont think its a bad deal

,coz now atleast they will be having a LITTLE care for my ride i guess... and i m having few scratches on my ride as well,i hope they got less visible after so called TEFLON Coatig

How much KM's since the last oil change??
You will have to completely drain it while engine is hot and bike is on main stand.Shake/tilt ur bike well to ensure there is least oil inside ur engine.then pour the new oil.

I tried it brother.but didnt work. I think seat lock is the culprit. Anyways thanks for the suggestion dear.

then may be its not properly locked..

and wat about ur signature, did it cost u 77k ?

Rear discs have less feedback than the front, felt so.
BTW, where did you get your oil changed at 350 km from? From SVC or by yourself? Its 1.2 liter na?
Still waiting for temporary permit to take ma machine to street. RTO here makes a lot of delay for about a week or more.

And What should be the idle rpm after idling the bike for ~3 minutes after starting? Thanks to all....
The SVC guys charged 500 for Teflon, but i doubt its only wax polishing they've done. Ma brother(cousin) who is in bajaj svc told that it is common that some bajaj svc do the same thing.

I changed at svc itself dear. I think i was the 1st person to change oil before 1st service.they were asking me why m changing oil so early. There they dont use bottle pack.they are using oil from common barrel which is pumped though pipeline till the service rack.as per manual it is 900 ml.but oil capacity is 1.2 ltr.IMO its better to depend on dip stick.my rpm will settle at 1.5k after riding for few kms.

Ya have to try some rubber as crank49 suggested.ha i paid 77k onroad for my happiness.here in bangalore its very costly.even petrol.now its 74

ooopss, dats so sad.its 68600 here.. u guys are really suffering dear, how do u manage then.. petrol is ~70 here (Normal)

dont feel bad for changing oil dat early, most of us( here in xbhp) wud even call it late

. its not mandatory not harmful to change the oil early. it would definitely smooothen ur engine 4 sure.oil changing interval in starting should be short in new bike as compared to old ones.so dnt worry,let'em say watever they want

Might be dirt between the disk pads,clean it using pressure water wash and check again,donot use oil or grease in disk plate,it will kill the bite.

You cant drain the 1.2l of oil from the engine,you can drain only 900ml through the drain bolt and balance will remain inside the crank case ,its normal.

i went for the svc guys,it was a minor issue though. told them about the same and they did my 2nd free service well before due date/km (1800 for nw, due was 2500, 78 days now,100 days was due).I thought this was the std. procedure

. i confirmed from my frnds and colleagues they told me it was completely wrong.
today evening wen i complaint about this,they called me and cancelled my battery's warranty due to aditional LED lights i have installed :/, wasnt expecting this :X, it must mean a lot na ??

wtf!!!

Cancelled battery's warranty for what? Just mail to HeroMoto complaining this and call the svc and tell them,i had mailed a complaint to heromoto and they will call you soon.

Heromoto will help you bro.Mention the disk sound problem too.

warranty was cancelled due to my LED work done. Well i guess everything has a price,and i have paid that.I just hope k my battery doesnt get any major issues in near future..
i think they were not happy with the way i was complaining about them to their senior manager... anyways lets hope for the best,so now i can officialy go for HID mod
