Hi there, i'm not from Delhi. I am from Mumbai and it cost me a total of 63K. Includes, a all-round-body metal guard, a studds helmet and other things like side stand, a lousy parking cover and a side-pedestal.

keep it between 26-28 @front, makes the front end absorb bumps better.. in fact the recommended front air pressure is 22 if you look at the sticker on the bike..but i find @22 the scoot feels sluggish at acceleration.

I change gear oil every service that is ever 2.5k km, between Honda and castrol I'd say Honda is better.

Read the manual, it will mention the gear oil (probably mentioned as 'final drive' oil) change intervals.. if i remember it is normally ok to change it once a year or every 10k kms.
But I get it changed every service at around 2k-2.5k km
Gear oil and engine oil are two different things.. For the engine oil you can stick to the honda 10w30 (or try the castrol gearless scooter oil 20w40) - both these are JASO-MB oils specifically for gear-less scooters (there are two grades of 10w30 at Honda itself, one is JASO MB for gear-less scoots and the other JASO MA2 i guess, for regular motor bikes)

As for the gear oil, you get them in pouches (of 200ml or so) or better buy a half litre bottle from a petrol bunk (ask for 90 Gear oil ) and this will last you a long time, since a gear oil change requires only around 120ml.

Don't use 20w40 on a gearless scoot it will reduce ur acceleration, stick to the company recommended grade 10w30

honda used to sell and recommend 20w40 until a couple of years ago (still recommends 20/10 W40 , if you read the manual were they show you the oil 'graph')
but they now only sell 10w30's
So technically the older activa's/dio's with the 102cc were recommended 20w40, and i find this grade pretty well suited for these scoots. I have ridden a few scoots that run on the 10w30 and I feel they are not as 'smooth' after a few 1000's of km.

20w40 doesn't reduce acceleration !!! wanna drag with my over 40k km dio that has only run on 20w40's till date ? it still returns an avg of 40 +-2 kmpl in the city with peppy pickup. But i have found a bit more smoothness on using the MB grade oil (castrol gearless scoot oil) compared to the earlier 20w40 oils used (i.e. honda , castrol, shell ax5)

                            Hi Guys,
I bringing home a brand new white Honda Dio next week. Wanted to know if we can get the front body guard of the same style as the design. I've seen front body guard which is not properly body design fitted, when we look from the side. Do we get front body design guard? If so, where can we procure it? I asked the dealer where i'm bringing her home(Prime Honda) but they are not sure of the design of the front guard. Hence, the question.
Also, they said that from factory TVS tires are being fitted. Please inform me if these tyres are good or if can i change this TVS tyres with Ceat Secura Neo tubeless tyres at any of the tyre dealers? Does tyre dealers take these tyres? Have anybody done it.

Sorry for too many queries and thanks in advance for the much help.

                            Regards,
