Use the spanner's front end to open the dip stick.

Checked it.. It's below minimum level.. Does engine oil quickly used up in summer?

FZ cylinder needs change ?? They should at least run 40-50k kms by just getting normal servicing done.

Apologies for typo ... Its actually TAPPET, work of tappet is to maintain the correct opening n closing of the intake and exhaust valves throughout all ROM ranges.

CO level is checked and adjusted on carb .. Many call it AFR as well which is Air Fuel Ratio.

I am a noob here. So can you please tell me what does slide sticking mean ? i googled and it displayed Carburetor slide sticking...is that the one ?

Also as devils_friend suggested i checked the oil level after an interval 300kms and its almost same as earlier. Also engine gets heated a lot....

                        Yes, slide sticking means that.

Get the AFR checked, looks like you are running on lean mixture.

When was the last time you changed the engine oil? Air filter? Spark plug? What oil grade are you using? Any obstruction for air flow infront of the engine?

Ok going for service next week i will ask him to check. Last service he stated that my carb is gone and he will go for a unicorn carb as that will be increase the performance, that when he mentioned about bore issue as well, but that seems not there as engine oil is not getting consumed.

Engine oil changed 2 months back. Kms done is 3300kms. Using semi synthetic oil (Oil is Agip, will ask him to switch to Motul)
Air filter changed when my odo reached 20000km. Now its on 27000, i was thinking of changing that around 30000km. Its been cleaned in every service
Spark plug still the stock one. Only thing that i have changed till now is the clutch cable. No obstructions, its all the same as it was earlier.

I hope you checked my 2nd video, with better sound quality - If not please check when you are free

                          Thanks

Don't do that. There won't be any 'perfromance' gain of any kind. He's only trying to mint money from you. Take the bike to authorized Yamaha service center and talk to them about the problems you are facing.

I went to 8 service in Yamaha, (Perfect riders) and each service i explained about the problem and they made it worse, last service after their service fellow said its bore issue, i went to their main service center and they experimented and finally said all Yamaha bikes with odo greater than 15k are like this . I had a bitter fight with the manager there and he said it was my assumption that bike its not fine. So only went to Dam motors.

I will search for good yamaha service center in forum and try to go there next week. Thanks

                                1. Don't change to Unicorn carb, get OE Yamaha one if the need be. Get the Air Fuel Ratio corrected first.
                                2. You're over using the engine oil. Change it under 2500 km. Semi synthetic oils don't last 3000 km.
                                3. Change spark plug every 12000 to 15000 km. Air filter at 10000 km at max.
