If your bike hasn't run much, say less than 10k, then most likely, your chain is running dry or dirty or both and it's causing it and the sprockets to wear out too fast. If this is the case, then get the chain and sprockets replaced with new ones and this time clean and lubricate them regularly. You can also have them done at the Yamaha service station.
Clean and lubricate chains when you notice it's become dry and or very dirty. Also watch out for spots of rust. This means the chain isn't properly protected.
As for the fork seals, it may be replaced under warranty if the mechanic thinks the leak hasn't been caused by use (or abuse) and seems premature. Discuss this with him.

).
It got leak about a month back but never had to time for servicing. And it got worse after I accidently fell on a ditch of 5 feet depth without falling sideways on the ground almost 2 weeks back
.
I never experienced this frequent problem earlier before 12,000kms.
Will post the update regarding this.
