        I think the SVC mechanic is cheating you... i think its a problem with the starter motor..He is just saying that its a battary prob cause he ll have to change the starter motor under warranty if he said it.. n making you pay for the battery.. get a second opinion.... Mostly your bikes problem should be solved under warranty..

          hey guys , Finally found the time to go to sai iyengar tyres today ... went there and told them my problem , he checked an the front tyre was leaking from the sides in 2 places ... the rear tyre was leaking from where a previous puncture fix was done ... so he deflated the front and then wiped it out and re-installed the tyre and voila !!! no leak ... ,

          onto the rear tyre and took it out and did the mushroom fix ... took out tyre and then filed the puncture hole fropm the inside and then put the patch on it ... seemed a really effective thing as the patch covered a large area and since it's done from the inside should be better ... and then checked for leaks , found none ... now just crossing my fingers and hoping that it stays this way ...

          total damages ... 350rs ... 300 mushroom fix and 50 for the front tyre ...

            MY FZ also keep getting puncture and difficult to monitor when tyre pressure is low and all. So getting a digital Pressure monitor as my sister is coming from US. The only thing which is giving problem in my FZ for around 2 years is the rear tyre. There should be something wrong with this MRF tyres with so many people facing problems.

            I was also getting this screech sound, just check if you can rotate wheel freely, if metal part is touching it don't delay, it might damage the disc itself.

                ^^ yeah got the rear tyre fixed , front i'm not sure if it will hold , jus praying that it does ... but it still feels like a major monkey of my back ...

                  well the mid range has got some boost....and the top speed sure has some improvement yet to check on the top wack !!

                    I had my rear tire vulcanized coz it had a puncture ... And as mentioned by me before, the rubber on the outer part was coming off after 2 days of riding. Well by today, they are just 2 tiny patches of rubber on the 2 puncture points. And the larger one is leaking air.

                    I'm gonna eat that guy's head for breakfast 2moro. And then think about getting a new tire. So.. Pirelli.. hmm.

                      ^^ Have you tried the mushroom puncture fix ? got it done yesterday for my rear tyre , seems to be a good solution ... well i guess it would take time to say exactly how effective , but i'm just saying ...

                      Hmmm... I did see a pirelli sport demon front tyre there at the store yesterday ... didn't inquire about the cost . If you do change to pirelli , plz let us know ... and btw , what profile ? 140/70 ?

                        Hi all,

                        i would request you all to kindly give a feedback whoever have upgraded their headlight from standard 35watt to 45/55 watt, battery performance, etc.

                        I have already gone through the previous posts regarding bulb upgrade and osram vs philips. This is solely for an update on the experience so far with the upgrade.
                        A quote by a toilet, " use me well, keep me clean, i would never tell anybody whatever i have seen.." :P

                          I am using Osram NB for more than an year, brightness is very good and solves the problem of poor OEM light of FZ. When you switch on High beam on NB, even cars give respect, diming their light if they are in high beam.

                                If your tyre is in gud shape then mushroom puncture could be a viable option....but then again i dnt know how big or deep the puncture is.....

                                So...it depends on the nature of the puncture and if you are gonna change to the Pirelli then where are you gonaa buy it from.....nana peth or somewhere else?????
