I know about it....but when i went to SVC they yold me that we cant lower the rear suspension...we can only soften it....so i am confused about it that will my seat height get lower if i soften my rear suspention or i have to lower it????????

dude softening it won't change the height , only the ride characteristics will change ...Originally posted by Sahil Shah View PostI know about it....but when i went to SVC they yold me that we cant lower the rear suspension...we can only soften it....so i am confused about it that will my seat height get lower if i soften my rear suspention or i have to lower it????????

had my first crash today.
on its 55th day, on a Thursday the 13th, while i was cruising to the college, some ***** (around 30 years old and still doesn’t know how to cross the road) jumped out of nowhere onto the road, looking only at the other side. My reflexes were good, but not good enough to avoid a crash. Collided with her at around 10-15kmph. She fell, my bike fell and I fell. I was okay
She had a scratch on her arm (who cares). But the bike
. The headlight was broken. The numberplate was bent. Scratches on the handle bar, indicator, clutch lever… etc. So much for not having a crash guard :| Weird as it seems, the indicator only had a scratch while the headlamp assembly was broken.

Unlucky number 13. Guess I have to start believing in numerology now.
Hoping not to see any more of these idiots on the road.
What makes me sick is that i did nothing wrong

Hope nothing starts paining the next day (these things usually show up the next day)
BTW, if u are going for a crash guard now, go for one that is a lil bigger (not like the sizes that are found in the new P220 sorts), coz the tiny one will protect the tank but if ur leg gets caught under the bike's body, the leg will take the brunt of the punishment. And the indicators can bend in .. thats y its only scratched and the headlamp is busted. All the best for the future
.
I dunno about everywhere else, but here in pune, ppl who jay-walk usually see if they can cross the road with a decent enough chance of not getting hit (like if the approaching vehicle is beyond ~20 mts away), they just start walking, without looking in the direction of oncoming traffic (basically trying to avoid eye contact for God only knows what reasons), hoping that the driver / rider will adjust to the fact that the road-crosser didnt see him coming and take appropriate action. Sick fuks

naa. not going for a crashguard. It'd spoil the looks of the bike.
20metres is pretty common here and i have already coped with that. This one was like 10metres or even less (atleast felt so considering the speed i was at). There were people around and they all saw what happened. Thought they were going to beat me to death but all were defending me and blaming the lady
after hitting her, the bike had almost reached a complete halt and so it wasnt a big impact fall. just a tiny scratch on my knee. No pain anywhere, (except the pocket), until now.

use water and mild shampoo.. you can easily get shampoos from accessories shop...Originally posted by antialis View PostHi guys, Any Tips on how to wash/ CLean Fz..? like what material to use, how, etc...Thank you..
after washing use a polish for better finish...
for very bad stains which do not go with shampoo you can use WD40....Timon: Orange Yamaha FZ16 2009
