Just try to observe the Plug's tight before removing it and apply leave in the same thread, don't over tight it.

and just to replace the seats it will take about 6 to 8 days
if there isn't much damage and you want to replace the seats
why don't you go for a good looking seat cover
Yes... thought of the same and changing the seat this weekend... its not the first time i left my bike but never happened so... dogs are crazy...

                Bro,

i would just say keep an eye for the engine oil... offflately even at SVC the so called official supplies have turned up to be spurious... Motul/Yamalube if original would be golden colour... if it is any colour then the chances are that you are using suprious oil... keep an eye on that bro...

                  • Hi Guys,

My ODO meter digits have started to fade most of the digits are kinda missing
Have you guys faced problems like this?

If i take it to the SVC they will say the same thing, Replace it.

So planning to take it to my own hands.

CAn anybody tell me how to dismantle the unit from the bike?

your odo meter comes with a warranty of 2 years.... first call up the yamaha toll free number confirm with them that your odo meter should be replaced free of cost or not then take it to the svc and get it replaced for free. IMO it should be changed for free if the bike is less than 2 years old..... if those guys give any type of crap just call up the yamaha toll free and see them change it for free....

@Sydney C: what is the price of Diablo Rosso?

Bro to make sure I'm getting genuine stuff I used to stay with my bike when they change engine oil,it was golden as told by you.One more thing my local mechanic suggested to quick check mileage, start the bike turn fuel nob off and ride,if bike runs 0.8km to 1km then mileage is ok.I did that on the way to office today and at dot 0.8km bike hik-uped.Is this method ok?..can somone say if it runs 0.8km in fuel-off nob position what can be the actual mileage?..

try this for the flasher circuit

555 timer IC - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

use the astable mode of the IC.
you can control the time period of the flashes just by changing some resistors.
