I've seen many people complain about engine heating on their CBRs, guys please try this nano energizer solution, costed me about rs700 at first I didn't notice much of a change but in good time, I noticed engine heating reduced a fair bit , some may consider this a faux, but the shop where I got it from vellavan enterprise told me its lasts about 30-40k kms , I'm always Keen on small nit bits improving our engine. You can pick it up at a gear or oil store or online but check properly for which sort of vehicle its good for. You can add onto your existing engine oil or when doing a oil change add it with the fresh oil, it adds a ceramic coating in the insides of your engine, I've honestly felt a great difference in heating ,its reduced a fair bit compared to earlier .Also it needs about 400-600kms to bed into the engine.

I also ride through Delhi traffic (Kalindikunj Sarita Vihar ) daily and it heats up during traffic jam and fan kicks in, but temp-bar never goes up beyond 3. I used to ride RXs earlier and when I bought CBR some 1.5 years ago, I also felt the same like it was heating a lot in comparison to my RX, but it's okay until temp-bar stays at 3. Also, share your odo readings if possible. Regarding service centers in Delhi/NCR, almost everyone is same , but you may visit Malwa Honda in Okhla. They are good at taking care of CBR engine.

Did they replace the engine oil during service?

Try to remove side fairing and see if the Radiator fans are mounted flush to the radiator or if its lose..

As for vibration issue, it can be cos of chain ( end of its life ) or aged engine oil..

If you have any good local mechanic ask him to tighten up Engine bed bolt ( which means engine mount bolt to frame bolts )

As its nearly a 3 year old bike, i suggest you to flush the coolant and change it to a new one..

My bikes 60% fins are flat but it never exceeded 3 bars since 2011. For vibrations there might be some loose/broke pannels or broken rivits, try to figure out them. Plastic pannels of CBR250R are not that strong(compared to R15) and could break easily. Even CBR250R is not that much refined as compared to its 150cc cousin. For better engine smoothness, switch to Shell full synthetic engine oil and get the throttle body cleaned and even check the condition of the air filter. Carbon deposit on throttle body causes stalling. Even poor lubed/ bad chain-sprocket and drum rubber causes vibrations. Even fellow riders including me have done secondary earthing modification in respective bikes and what i felt is better over stock overall nature.
Even if the handle bar grips and cables feels hard, replace them. New and soft grips does filters the vibrations comming to your hand, this thing worked for me and gave my mind peace.

Check your air filter, and replace if necessary. Blocked air filter has a long history of stalling the machine. Secondly, if your radiator's fins, more than 50% bent, it's advisable to replace the radiator.

Replace your air filter, check your plugs and as fellow Bhpian mentioned, replace your coolant and bleed properly, should solve your overheating and stall problem.

the bike has only clocked 3.8k km till yet. i bough it at 2.8k km and have ridden it for around 1000km, got it serviced asap i bought it but the guys at the service station were pathetic they filled the normal engine oil in it and didn't even change the coolant and i am also a newbie had very less knowledge. i have ridden it on early mornings for around 100km and hardly faced any problem infact was mesmerised by the power but later when i drove it in delhi traffic specially with a pillion i can feel a lot of power lag and the bike even stops in the heavy traffic and then i have to move it a bit to again start it.
i will visit the malwa honda next week and will update you guys.

      thanks all

Use a software, reduce the imagine size or resize the image without a loss in compression and then upload. If you have trouble, create a Picasa album, upload your pics and enter the URL in the "PASTE URL" should work fine. If you still have trouble let me know.

          Cheers!

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
          The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

          THE END

You could have got it for half the price in chennai if you contacted the dealer in CIT nagar. Even online the prices have been slashed from the high 700rs a year or so ago.
I've used this twice on my duke (first time it cost me 700rs and second time 350rs, i bought it off amazon from this dealer Nanoenergizer | Mileage Booster | Mileage Booster For Car | Mileage Booster for Bikes | Mileage Booster for Lorry). First time was at around 8000km and second time at around 15k km . I did not notice any difference in the temps, though i did feel that the engine/exhaust note was less 'noisy' compared to other d200's.
I haven't seen any negative effects of using this. So for those who want to experiment, do give it a shot if you don't mind pouring a few bucks down the engine oil sump. That pouch contains just 30ml, so be careful not to spill it out while adding !
The only additive i've been sticking to is the system G/Adon P.

I had booked a cbr 250 few days back and shared my experience on how the sales person as Krishna Honda lied to me about BSIV complaint engine saying CBR250 always had BSIV engines. The day I booked he was delivering a plain red color which we always knew was discontinued. So that was 2016 manufactured one. So today I called another dealer in chandigarh asking about the bookings and he said if you book the bike today you will get the bike in 15-20 days. On asking he also said from february onwards all bikes will be BSIV complaint and will have AHO. He was not sure about the power bump to 29ps but he said the prices might go up due to BSIV norms.

Called few dealers in delhi this time and one of them said booking time has increased coz engines are now being made BSIV ready so it's better to wait.

Yup.Same here in Mumbai too. I had a call with the sales person in Vihaan Honda. He told me that BSIV & AHO CBR will be coming by March end or April only.
BTW, A BSIII Repsol CBR is available with them ready to sell as of now.
Edit : I also asked him about the 29PS model. According to him , no new updates at all. He asked me to call / mail Honda India for more clarification.

Finally I made a permanent fix for aux lamps. Since lamps were heavy, all clamps I used got broke within a week or so due to bad roads. Thus, fabricated a holder.
