If I do, I might become one of those guys who ride the bike once a week for a breakfast.

Curiously enough, the softest suspension adjustment makes my back hurt more. All that bouncing around causes more compression to the spinal disks. I've set it to 4 currently.

I had serious back pain too.. I cant sit for long.. hip joint and spin use to pain..
This all happened to me wen i started to ride Passion X Pro for long distance as i sold my NS to get a CBR..

After visiting doctors and getting suggestion from few on the issue, i quit taking medicine and started doing exercise which helps muscle in tat area get stronger.

for the 1st 2 weeks i hated CBR for getting it.. but once i started doing the exercise, am enjoying the bike..

Am not talking about normal back pain, mine is quite serious where i cant bend and take a jug of water from bucket for bath..

Yes, I was recommended some exercises and some stretches. They help a bit, but the pain returns after some prolonged sitting.

Thank you for the free advice though. Most doctors wouldn't dish it free. [emoji6]
Then it's really painful to be in your condition and I salute your willingness to ride motorcycle s. Seek professional advice when ever needed.

Cbr s charging system is very robust. Just get your self a relay kit of a car H4 bulb and put Phillips rally 100 watt 90 watt light. It's just perfect. 55/60 won't cut your need. Reflector is superb but it's the bulb and wire that's cause the dimmness.

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
            The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

            THE END

You can get a pair of led indicators and a flasher (from the dukes/rs200). Simple setup, not need to add any load resistors etc.. It would be a simple plug and play affair.

You need to first get some rest and regular back extension/strengthening exercises. If you do the exercises and keep riding the bike the pain will not subside quicker (you are not letting the body heal). So stop riding for a month or two and get some physio and then see how it feels.
I am someone who has had a compression fracture of the spine (D12 vertebra) and trust me, rest and physio had helped me.
And yes, see a doc, get some diagnostics done (MRI) and proceed accordingly.

Cbr 250r is truely the beauty and the beast. Just done with my first service today at 826 km. Changed the engine oil, got chain lubed, and the inspection of other issues which I faced including the main servicing provided. And now she is running, screaming her name everywhere she goes. I just love the sound it makes. Sweeter! Couldn't have purchased a better bike than this. And thanks to this forum and every single member for making me choose this beauty.
                  I named her Lucy.

Oh haha! Number plate hasn't been attached but modifications already begun! Nice handlebar grips you've got there! Which brand are they? Also, why are you keeping that ugly saree guard around? Surely, no lady with a saree will be comfortable on the CBR!

Lol. Handle bar grips costs me around 200 - 300 bucks. The red plastic was crap, changed back to the originals yesterday😝.

I love the sound it makes on deceleration. Like an angry growl, especially once you remove the air filter cover. Even the intake growl during acceleration changes as you increase the throttle. Many a time a scooter guy gave me way without honking, as soon as he heard the growl near him.

After a 500+ kms ride on the highway, the CBR becomes unbelievably smooth, especially with stock oil.

I hope the 650f has the same characteristics. I love the 2017 model.

Saw 650f's review by an Indian moto vlogger. & He seems to be so much impressed by it.
He rode the bike at speed of 200 kmph & got impressed by the stability. Also he mentioned that this bike would be superb for touring.
A bit costly but would undoubtedly be worthy for the money u spend.

There is just ONE word to describe the Cbr 650F, "WOW". Haven't got a chance to ride one yet, but I'll get one in a couple of years. I would take a 650F over Ninja 650 or even a zx 6R, ANY DAY... parts, when compared to Kawasaki or any other premium company, is easily available, cheaper in comparison.

True on this. The growl is just so mesmerising. The sound of this bike is like a symphony to my ears. You just fall in love with it over and over again everytime you listen to it.

The 650F is a smooth criminal. It being a inline 4 engine, crank the engine and sit on the bike, rev the bike at any RPM; all you can hear is engine spool up and the exhaust growl. It's as smooth as butter. Refined machine, though looks are subject to individual discretion, she looks great for the most part. One of the best practical 650 with an inline 4 engine, and she's just built to last, quality is as amazing as their smoothness.

                                Cheers!
