Could be a myth, but, I feel lower the handle bar, better the emergency or panic braking on high speeds. Y'day I did a great control from 112 Kmph when a truck swered abruptly from stand still; had it not been a lower handle bar & my Rx, I'm sure to have crashed.

Quite natural & have been saying this quite sometime now; Didar T.Nagar services C250R well; the only constraint is the space. Their technician is a very experienced person.

      • Completed 1500km on the bike. Brilliance is what this is.
Small issues like heat and footpeg rubbers were fixed.
Have hit a top of 154kmph with slight downslope, torque is brilliant can be pulled in any gear.

Good VFM, plus the mechanic of my SVC is brilliant.

The numbers of CBRs in Bangalore are rapidly increasing, anywhere you go you're bound to spot a CBR.

One thing a powerful bike makes you do, is crave for a more powerful bike Saving up for the next thing now

If you are reading this and are still doubtful if you should get the bike, do not be, just go for it

No probs DK. but did u called to pune head off..?
Its not enough to know how to twist the throttle; you must have judgement to know when and where to do it.

no -- I realised that this overgrown commuter bike had it's servicing just 1500 kms back (doesnt feel though) so am waiting for some more miles to cover before attacking various SVCs

hahaha...but if u read manual this shims setting has to be done in 1st service itself but i think bcoz of HMSI importing part from MARS they are unable to do it as per manual any ways if you really feel there is some problem with it then only go ahead with this shims replacement as it can became headache for you if exact size of shim is not fitted . Also it was kinda scary to me when 1st time mech opened head cover and removed both cam's .

                  Hey Abhiwar,

me planning to check out Vihaan Honda once just for simple issues I am having, one of them is the front being too heavy aka coneset issue, vibrations a lot of em, and difficulty in achieving top speed. So wondering if Vihaan Honda can help? Planning to book an appointment for Saturday? Will you be available? Would like some company

Have been to the Kandivali Charkop service centre and it isn't satisfactory and are not in the mood to rectify anything!

                  • @aargee...........sir,even if they were to go to the RTO which is in st. Thomas mount(the showroom being in kaatupakum after SRMC)...its not 50k+......its only later i realized that the bike was driven from Thiruvallur to Chennai half way and exchanged,as there was a mix up....with the branch there!!!....the ASC guys said they rode the bike in the rain and the tries were fine!!!..............GOD only knows............but still DIDAR HONDA @ t.nagar is the way to goo.......forget everyone else!!!

Screw your courage to the sticking place.

I don't know what you're trying to say!!! Didar Honda T.Nagar is only for getting your vehicle serviced, not a place where PDI is being done. PDI's are done at the ASC, where the showroom's are also attached. BTW, Didar T.Nagar has sound knowledge to disconnect electronic ODO & ride

i meant the same thing, service. Anyways nosing around,i happened to have a word with the CBR tech over at Surya motors(i go there every now and then to keep track of the bike and to know whn it will come),hes OK i asked him how was the session at HMSI for the CBR etc...he said he ate well while he was there.wht a mech!!!!i did ask abt cone set probs whether if he had received ny complaints...the reply was no, the bike is top notch and if there an issue "athu apparam pathikaalam"-will c later.

                        • Anybody knows how to adjust the headlight position manually. Low beam of the bike is too short so am using the high beam which is not a good choice.

WTH!!! These morons will never realize that a simple slip of tongue will earn a bad name for them. Good that you warned about Surya Honda; anyone going through xBhp C250R ownership thread from Chennai will know which two places to approach for service in Chennai.
