Thanks Dude!Originally posted by Go-cool View PostHey, welcome to the club buddy. U got a good writing style, like like
My Dealer is City Honda, Kalyan Nagar. Plz plz do not get your bike from there or visit that place for service, they are useless.
I decided two days back that I am not visiting them anymore. The reason is not their incompetence, their useless attitude or them charging me everytime for the chain lubing crap and washing - I can live with all that. When I left the bike last week with a load of complaints, my old number plate, stored under my seat was gone.
Come on, who flicks a damn number plate maan, I can understand if tools are gone...sick sick sick!!!!!
And thanks for the tip. Kalyan Nagar any case would be far away for me, but hopefully somebody would benefit from that piece of wisdon

Didn't want to make a new post, but this is altogether a different one related to CBR.
How many of you have tires other than the crapy Conti-Go? My rear tire is almost due for change & its only a matter of days before I change. Appreciate if someone can throw some pointers with respect to the following...
- I want to stick ONLY with stock 140/70 R17 size
- MRF makes only the rear tire size, but not the front one, so I'm little hesitant to opt because I don't want PSD on front & MRF in the rear or is this only mind block?
- Is anyone using MRF or PSD? Are they soft or medium compound? Pls share some experience on them
- Are there any other, non Chinese, non Conti-Go, reputed brands who makes these sizes?
- Is IRC available in India? Can I still opt even after this - http://www.xbhp.com/talkies/520943-post.html?
- Is Michelin (not sure if its called as SIRAC) available for this size? Are they soft compound? Would a normal use last for about 8-10K kms?
TIA for any inputs.Last edited by aargee; 03-16-2012, 07:29 PM.Skill is what keeps you on a Motorcycle

The PSD's are tried and tested tyres on the 250R internationally and 90% of the users have reported it to be better performing and grippy than the stock tyres.Originally posted by aargee View PostDidn't want to make a new post, but this is altogether a different one related to CBR.

Why would you want to venture into other manufacturers?
However this question will best be answered by the 250R.net/org forums as there are quite a few people who have already switched to PSD's and other makes there.
Dont think anyone has changed their tyres here yet(atleast ive never come across a post)Got a $5 head? Get a $5 helmet.

AFAIK Sagar aka Metal_Maniac has changed to PSDs. He could give a good review about it, but havent seen him posting anything here since long.
