      • Just got it by the mail,

though it is not the CBR related, but I remember some user post it here long time ago...

        Reason of buying:-

2 week ago during wiping out the muck from the chain after applying the cleaner my right thumb almost gone, It caught by rear sprocket...thank god engine is off. AS I'm little bit hurry to out for a spin with the bike .

        To All:-

Absolutely not worth to buy or try, cause the whole chain set is not costly. thanks sudeepnbr post.

Unless you face any incident like mine.

Oh man I was searching for the grunge brush. From where did you buy it? Available in India? Heard the price is on the high side. How much you spend for it?

Hi Sridar, Can you clarify what are those mesh marks (you are talking about the closely packed vertical stripes right?) How does these appear?

Sometimes it takes a whole tankful of fuel before you can think straight.

It was not that far on the map.

for paint i have formula 1 and few others for tyre etc etc. thanks for the update buddy.

will check for the carbon fibre thingy here in hyd at some car decor shop. tried at few radium guys but cudn't figure. money not a concern just wanted the best carbon fibre matte finish i could get.

i also see a K&N sticker. have you replaced the oem with k&n and diffrences noticed.
price and when to change will be helpful as i am close to 900km on meter as on now. a day or 2 will be going to service.

                            • Hi Guys. I am new here and wondering if CBR can be used as a everyday commuter in Hyderabad. What mileage should I expect from it. I know mileage is a subjective thing but still any figure that can help.

                              • Buddy please take the pain to go through this lovely thread. It will not only answer your question but help you make a much wiser decision than a direct answer.

Anyway it is 'YES' and about 27-30 kmpl under sane riding in city.
                                Enjoy.
