        • Hey..I just got a call from Om Sai Honda. They said, do payment and you will get delivery in 10-12 days. Now i am wondering how can they do my delivery when till 2 weeks ago, only 20 bikes had been delivered (my number is 111)

I sense something fishy here :S

should I pay? I will anyways be taking a loan.

But for CBR, HONDA recommends 10W30 oil (as mentioned @ Page81), right?? Correct me if I am wrong..

              • Finally, saw CBR for real in showroom. Rear tyre looks like huge and even FZ will look puny in front of it.

When I enquired about waiting period They asked, when do you want it?
I said first let me sell mine. Looks like they got black in abundance or no one buying in the city. :|

Does that mean that we don't have to wash the bikes, while using OBR? If yes, is it practical while cleaning muddy bikes. Is it different from any Wash 'n' Wax products??

3M Micro Fiber clothes are available @ 99 bucks a piece at the 3M Car Care at HSR Layout, Bangalore. Should be available in all the 3M outlets.
Should be careful about the products used to wash and the sponge/clothes they use to wipe; especially after riding the bike in rain. Wax the bike (at least after monsoon) and you will be a worry free man!!

99 bucks?? That's cheap!!!. I got microfiber cloth for 250 bucks....

Where exactly your knee lands on the CBR250R body while riding??? I am asking this because, many full fared bikes used to have scratches due to driver's knee....

If you see the link of autogeek, ONR is a multipurpose solution. Literally i use it for everything like cleaning the car when it is fully dirty or less dirty, use it in engine bay to keep it clean, use at as a detailer, use at as a clay lube, etc..

As far as i know when you use any shampoos(incl wash n wax) you need to rinse after the use of it. But with ONR, no need of it. You can let it dry and it does not harm the paint.
I hope i am able to share with little info i have got.

Also, forgot to mention absolute VFM product. I think 32oz cost around 1200 INR and i make a quick detailer out of it. Appx 20ml of ONR makes around 500 ml of Quick detailer. I use it daily on my car and lasts for about 8-10 days.

Got it. But I don't think ONR will be practical using in muddy bikes (used in rain) and when a wash is a must.

Yes, it should be good for daily (or between few days) normal use, so that you don't have to wash the bike, if its not very dirty.....

Is that your opinion or a fact Hari?

I've been using ONR for about 4-5 months now & I've used to clean the mud underneath the chassis, grease & oil from chain (old school chain) & what aargee says here is after experimenting & testing.

xxbomb - Have you tried using the cheap & expensive ones to compare? Would be beneficial, atleast to me, as how cheap ones are effective as expensive ones.

                          • Do agree with @aargee. You can use ONR as a replacement of Shampoo

Err...car shampoo is complete useless compared to ONR. Both are two different segments. ONR falls under detailing segment, while, shampoo is not even close to detailing.

I hope you're the only one who went through autogeek link.
