Biking is not about how many Km/h you put on your Speedo. It's about how many miles you put on your Odo. Ride Safe, Ride Long!

The area is around the left of the handle bars though I am still not sure about what height so I can't locate the exact screw.

The squeaking sound is like that of a bike's drum brakes when applied in wet conditions.
jhonmathews I get your point. The culprit is still the same. Get a layer of soft washers underneath all the screws related to the tank and she'll shut up like a good girl

Other Dealer quoted 4000/4500 when i inquired over phone. May be that's the one(similar to) they use @ service center. That's looks heavy gauge pipe and better quality.

I was calling ASC's to find out the price. JSP spares person quoted 1800 over phone. I immediately went there to check it, Liked the quality and took it. To my surprise he said it's 1200 at the time of billing.
Main reason for buying it is to use it in transportation. Planning to take bike as accommodated lugguage with us in same train(hyd-delhi for Ladakh tour). Not sure if it's a good idea to keep the bike safe in transportation.
Any inputs?

I got Black STD delivered on 5th April

Glad that you went for C-ABS..I should have done that too. Anyway, don't forget to invest in good quality riding gear if you haven't done that already.

About that mixed buying experience, even I din't feel that i am buying their flagship model. They treated me like a regular 125cc customer.. no exclusivity what so ever. Anyway,Service center experience matters much more than that of buying experience..build up a good rapport with them if you want to get special attention. Till then, Have a blast on those 25 horses..

Inquired about the stock, they have 1/2 in warehouse.
04023861133 - ask them to connect to spares.

Hey Blade owners,

I replaced my chain and sprockets last week. The difference... WOW..... !
Was hard to believe.... So smooth ride.... The gear shifts have become butter smooth...
The entire feel of bike has changed for the best... Its so silent yet so eager to make a dash...
Reminded of my first test ride on the CBR250R.... Luv my bike.. :-)
