Usually what people do is tilt the bike to the left side and remove the filter. But it is unsafe practise and a considerable amount of oil will leak

No Idea about that, enquire in some Honda FB group to get your hands on the email id of some other senior officials.

Alright so from what I'm understanding... Change the oil as well as soon as you can. But if you don't wanna spend the money so soon then I doubt there'll be any problem if you ride it till your next service. I own a R15 V2.0 that's around 8 months old and the filters been changed every other service till the last time I changed my oil.. And no problems faced.

There won't be any immediate effect per-se. But it is not a good practice to run fresh oil with old oil filter

Thinking to paint silver parts of my Black-Silver CBR to black. Also have an option to Vinyling though that is hard to find here at Kolkata. Any suggestions ?

Painting is always the best option. Get it done from a good painter to match the black you are going to get painted with the original black of the bike. If I remember correctly the Owners manual has the color code of each of the available colors, this might help you in getting the right shade.

Vinyls are good but after some time it starts peeling off and it is even at risk of people trying to pull it off when parked in some areas.

How about Carbon Fiber wrap? Just a suggestion! (EBay lists lot of wraps at no-so-high prices.)

Divya, these wraps tend to edge out and peel off in time. Also if not applied properly it will collect dust particles underneath or along the edges and will be a eye sore once removed, and the low range product have these messy glue which is a headache to clean once you decided you do not want those vinyls anymore.

                        Cheers

parts arent expensive.. will spend close to 1k for paint and gloss coat and you might still not have the same finish.

just replace the rear cowl and front cowl(headlight). all 4 parts wont go beyond 1-1.2k trust me.. 300 average each.
for the side one(big fairing) leave it as it is else ask any decal guy to put a matte black sticker and will look good with gloss black...
above all you can salvage old parts. in case you ever need them again you can just put them back. 1-1.5 ain't a big price for a bike worth 180,000..

if you still want to go for paint. check for colour code in Honda manual. get same colour and also good laquer.
the surface should be rubbed. primed. painted then buffed/rubbed and then gloss coated.

Here at Kolkata I went to Wellington. They do some Carbon fibre sticker wrap but that might get peeled off after sometime as Vinyl. And these won't give a look like Vinyling.

Painting is good as suggested by Krishna, but again the steps stated by theironhorse99 is very important to match with existing colors. And I'm not very much confident about Service Centre painters. They do have some 3rd party vendors for painting.

Best option is to change the parts with black one. Which will cost me around 1.5K for 4 parts. Side fairing silver parts might charge some more 600 - 800. And my front mudguard (a very few starches ) and exhaust muffler (some dent and as usual color peeling) is due for a change / re-paint.

So confused what to do. Moreover I'm planning to get fully black color like 2013 model along with the rims.

Will check color codes tonight and try to get in touch with multiple ASC for the same. But I know they will definitely force me for a parts replacement.

If you decide to paint it check with Ratan da from Cloud 9 Honda. But i will still suggest to change the parts. There is also a stickering shop beside BP Roadies in Fariapukur. He does good stickering and Vinyle work.
