Hey ya . The 10 th bike had got less scratches and the handle bar finishing part is pretty OK while compared to the other Bikes .. And that bike Impressed me , that's why ............

By the way when i visited the showroom 1 week back , about '5' 50 th anniversary got down from the Lorry .. And finishing parts of those bike was excellent . But unfortunately i had no money on that day to get my delivery from that lot .

Note- - They say this is the last lot . Hence no more 50 th anniversary will arrive ...

Hey Prasad, 10 brand new bikes, all having scratches is unusual and unlike Yamaha. None of us here have reported any quality issues, infact the overall build quality is top notch..

Hi Friends... i am from Chennai and this is my first post on this forum and i have been following this forum for past six months and i am happy to post the first post as a YAMAHA R15v2.0 owner (sunset red)

i am a bike freak from my childhood and my first bike was Yamaha Rx 100. i never knew its value till it was with me... once it was sold i felt regret. During My college days i never used the bike as i never required one... once i finished my course, i started hunting for the purchase of new bike.. i came to know abt Yamaha r15 v2.0 and collected information abt it... When i saw her in flesh i decided this should be my nxt bike.. Love on first sight and i could not take eyes of her..

Now abt the ride... no other ride suits u better after driving it.. its my hearty opinion.. awesome control, stability and smoothness. Never feeling that i am riding at higher speeds...the bike fits me well.. no back pain but experiencing severe palm pain that too in bumper to bumper traffic

Going through break in period and my bike is giving 43+ fuel efficiency... will update with pics and break in process in next post

50th Anniversary Edition is still available in Chennai??? Please tell me which dealer as I'm planning to book next week. Thanks!

I found LS2 Helmets @ Rainbow industries ( After you get down from Gemini Flyover Headed towards Thousand lights , you can find this shop at the left side ) . I don't know its model number . They said it costs around Rs.3500 /-

Can mineral oil be used in R15V2.0? If yes then what would be its longevity and if not then why not??

When Yamaha says R15 should use Yamalube 15w50 SS oil, why should you revert back to mineral oil ..?? Any specific reason ..??

are you ok? Give the details. damn that hurts to me too... i know how much you will be feeling LE parts will be difficult to get, hope you get it fast.
and one more thing to all guys, always be ready to brake whenever you are in the city limits, your fingers on the right and right leg should be the quickest part while riding. me too had little brush with an A@@#$^^&%E few days back, braked , honked so loudly and blasted him that he was speechless
