Can you please specify (some examples) what kind of problems they faced? For the time being, going for 4300k HIDs as fed up of the stock lighting..A candle seems to illuminate a road better than the stock lights.

I never had trouble with the R15 when I had it that's why I never enjoyed riding it slow. Loved to rip it and lean into corner's whenever I got a chance, and I used to do that even after a 1hour ride on the bike. Now with the Ninja 250r, it demands more physically. So i'm just working on upping my own level

        • well, installed iridium, difference felt, smoother engine braking (engine not responding roughly as it used to while engine braking). Service done, cant comment on the acceleration part as my mechanic also cleaned the clutch. Now don't thrash me with the questions like that why so soon and all . To be precise this mechanic whom i give my bike to service for is a trusted one from 8 years because he also services my RX 100.

Change felt - I normally ride at 80+ speeds. Bike was smoother before, but today it was way more aggressive and revving freely. el perfecto types

And talking about the price, well i always pay him 100 rs as a good will and 875/- rs paid for oil + oil filter change, washing, chain lube. It was a free service though (labour charges saved).

As well as purchased Motocool coolant, WD 40 rust remover spray, manual gear oil (for chain lubing purposes) and Fox Raptor Knee Guards as every sunday we practice knee touch down/leaning a lot

Who on Earth told you I dont enjoy riding my R15?

As how Ron dint get how you co-related my bicycle ride and the thigh pain to riding a motor-run-cycle,so dint I.
Of all that I could make out, you're not enjoying the Ninja as how you did the R15.

P.S.: Riding a bicycle is 100x more stamina demanding than riding a bike, brother.

You can get a replacement copy for Rs150, meanwhile you will have to talk to your dealer regarding the issue of payment. He will either not charge for the labour or ask you to pay it as deposit and let collect it back on submitting a free-service token. The labour charge should be Rs280,should you ask.

Yup,that the stocks are not up to the mark.
But if you properly adjust the focus of the light as per your requirement,it creates helluva difference and it's quite satisfactory.
Adjusting is a simple DIY and can be done using the tool kit provided.
There are screws just beside the speedometer on both side, you need to rotate them to adjust.

                        • 3 months , 4600 kms on ODO !!
No issues till now except once changing my front break pads because they were dead which was leading into a particular noise.
                          Costed me 650 INR.

                          Regards,

I found this awesome article on fuel pumps. Just read it through and understand the logic behind its working. They have also stated why and how these pumps fail. The information might be for high end bikes or cars but the working is same.
