according to the manual (if you take it to be a guideline), only between 500kms odo and first service it's not advised to cross 7.5k for prolonged periods of time..but once first service has been done and the break-in period of the bike is over, i think it not negative going over 7.5 k for prolonged periods of time and riding in the 7000-9000/9500 for prolonged times should be fine.

do not take it so seriously that you start finding faults with yours. the word VIBES differs form person to person. when i said no vibes i was talking about higher RPMS and higher gears, especially from 3rd to 6th and between 5k rpm to 10k rpm. i always ignore minor vibes i get at 1st gear and 2nd gear between 6k rpm to 10k rpm because its like stressing the engine a lot.
