Actually I meant about painting the tyre markings. Not the alloy[emoji28] Anyways any idea regarding that?

Yes, Those places where MRF and RevZ or Zapper is written. I just want to know what to fill it with, A correction pen or acrylic paint? The correction pen on my dio lasted for 4 months so I was just wondering whether the paint would hold longer.

I used left over white paint (asian paints) that was used to paint the window panes in our house.
I cleaned the REVZ-S and MRF using a tooth brush and soap, to make it dust free. Then I used a painting brush to carefully apply the white asian paint, and left it to dry for 2 days.
It looked awesome.

But even after 3 days the paint was a bit sticky but I started to ride the bike anyway. It looked awesome for about 1 week but after that Dust started collecting over it, I tried removing the dust with toothbrush and soap water, but the fine dust particles bonded with the sticky paint like magic and now 3 months later the paint has gone grey.

2 hours of Sunday morning, wasted. If someone have a lasting solution, I am all ears and willing to give it a try.
I would like to thank my legs for supporting me, my arms for being always by my side and my fingers; I could always count on them.

I used a correction pen for my Dio's rear tyre. It held well for about a week after which the marked spots began to crack. Its still holding but its highly faded out & been 5 months since. I've bought some white paint from a local hardware store and a few brushes too yesterday. I'm going to paint my V2's tyres this afternoon and I'll post a few pics, If it did come out well[emoji28]

I'll be waiting for the pics brother. The only problem with using paints is that it remains sticky even after letting it dry, and attracts dust.

So I thought of a solution, the silver paint that is used to paint gates of the houses is not sticky like the white paint that i used before, so it should not attract dust and turn grey. Just a theory.

I found left over silver paint (again asian paints), and I will clean up and paint the the tire again this sunday and let you know how it turned out.

Meanwhile, if somebody have done it successfully, we'll be grateful for the help and tips...

Guys if you want to get rid of stickiness of paint ,you can dilute the paint with tarpin/kerosene oil.

Thanks a lot brother, I can get my hands on a little kerosene oil, just one more question, in what ratio do I have to mix the oil and paint to get the best result.

Yes it will drain the battery and it is not recommended to crank the engine with lights on. If the battery is 1-2 years old, it wont have any bad effect cause the battery easily recharges itself. But if the battery is more than 2 years old and it will take much more time to recharge and you may be left stranded in the middle of a journey with a dry old battery. so it is better to make it a habit to switch off all the lights before cranking the engine.

Is it sticky?? how long are you gonna let it dry??

No it wont for a short time, but it is better to turn ON after the engine has started. That way the battery is charging and there is will be less possibility of early discharging. I am sure ocassionally sometimes pilot lamp ON won't hurt but as much as possible, try to switch it ON after engine had cranked.Pilots are 5W+5W.

Ankey, sorry brother ,don't know in what ratio ,it'll hold good on a rubber ,though while dealing with metal objects ,this ratio is kept like 40-50% of kerosene.
Maybe you can make diff proportions of dilution and try a small patch ,see how it holds for a week or two .
