    Hope it helps.
Bingo mate, did chain slack in morning and the engagement is back as it was.
My chain is on 5-3 setting now, I had it pushed to 6-1 on adjusters as it was hitting the chain guide rubber at bottom of the swingarm during power ON/OFF transitions. Though it hits the same part now, I can live with that as long as the shifts are perfect.
Chain slack really skipped my mind. Thanks.

But the lever is stiff if you pull in(doesn't feel like there's air trapped inside). I have removed the caliper and cleaned everything too.
Try tying up the lever to handlebars tonight, as if in its braking position. Let it be overnight. Tying up lever would pressurise the oil column and air(if any) and then air moves up to banjo housing and pumping cylinder area, the air escapes from master cylinder refill port along with extra fluid, when you cut it off in morning. Its effortless. I did mine when I had cleaned the whole assembly, it felt same though, as I had almost no air. I used reverse bleeding procedure.

For reverse bleeding .Try getting a medical syringe and fix a pipe on its end breaking off the needle part. Then completely disassemble the system, clean and lubricate with DOT4 and push fluid in the system from bleed port using syringe. This creates a natural rise of air from calliper to banjo, finally to refill port and out, just as you are filling up the system with syringe. The bleed port action is simple, OPEN bleed port-FILL with syringe-CLOSE the port while you reload the syringe part with oil. It virtually eliminates any air in the system.

    Happy braking.

ok I got my bike back from service! And no improvement! Still the same. Got the spark plug changed and also got the fuel injector cleaned! They didn't replace the tank though. They said they have taken pics and will forward it to Yamaha office and after approval they would let me know.

My 500 km old R15 has paint chipping off the front alloys. Wrote to Yamaha India and getting it diagnosed this week at the service. I have my 10 year old Karizma, its alloys are intact with no chip offs, this is an extreme quality issue. Shall press for replacing the alloy. Did not expect such quality issues from Yamaha.

Dude, I'm also facing paint chip off issue in my 2013 white and blue special edition. The white paints on the fairings is coming off. I noticed this issue after a month I bought the bike. But back then, I've just ignored it because the amount of chipped off surface was very very small. But after a year now, many spots on the fairing has chipped off.

I do take a very good care of my bike. I've never pressure washed it, always kept it covered, Washed it once a month with Motomax products even if its kept unused for the next month, Besides I've only used it for weekend rides and on holidays as a result it just has 3800 km on it's odo. Besides the paint chip off issues the bike still shines brand new. I'm not boasting myself but whenever I ride it people ask me whether it is straight out of the showroom and find it hard to believe it's a year old.

I've also checked with people having this same variant of this bike and they also said they are facing this issue. I've also read this whole thread and came to know that this issue is also common with guys having 50th annivarsy edition. I don't know what to do now, the paint issue seems to be a huge nightmare now.

            Same problem. Same color.
Mine was also '13 MotoGP edition and just after couple of months my panel's paint started chipping off changed like 5-6 panels because white pained had chipped off(of course for free), whenever i ask them why is this problem occurring, they say it's a bad batch.(?)
Had hopes too high and was dis-appointed by looking at these issue. But now the panels seems to be fine. Sigh.

Can you share some pics of that chipped off portion? Some parts of my alloy color is also gone.

Glad to know that they changed the panels for free. Will ask the guys at showroom to replace mine too but I'm skeptical whether they would do that for a year old bike now. Do I have to mail Yamaha first and get approval over the issue before approaching the showroom?

In all my case, i'd never had to shoot any mail to yamaha, the svc head changed the panels as he knew it was their fault.
Just show that chipped off portion to svc head and tell him its not caused by any accident and the color came out automatically.
If than also he won't change the panel just shoot mail to yamaha..
Assuming your bike is under warranty.

i have the 2013 motogp edition (blue+white) and no where on my panels, alloys etc has any paint chipped off by itself...also, paint chipping and other such cosmetic issues are not manufacturing "quality" issues...

This is how a efficient high revving 150cc engine should behave on lower rpm cruising
Lambada sensor made all the difference I guess.

I'm going to order my very own R15 in a few days

Are there any safety accessories available like frame sliders or fork protectors for the R15? If anyone could provide any links i would be very grateful

                              Thanks
