My chain is on 5-3 setting now, I had it pushed to 6-1 on adjusters as it was hitting the chain guide rubber at bottom of the swingarm during power ON/OFF transitions. Though it hits the same part now, I can live with that as long as the shifts are perfect.
Chain slack really skipped my mind. Thanks.
For reverse bleeding .Try getting a medical syringe and fix a pipe on its end breaking off the needle part. Then completely disassemble the system, clean and lubricate with DOT4 and push fluid in the system from bleed port using syringe. This creates a natural rise of air from calliper to banjo, finally to refill port and out, just as you are filling up the system with syringe. The bleed port action is simple, OPEN bleed port-FILL with syringe-CLOSE the port while you reload the syringe part with oil. It virtually eliminates any air in the system.
Happy braking.
