Re: KTM 200 Duke
Which screw are you mentioning. No the screw is not missing, only the metallic jacket around the screw gets exposed due to slider being worn off, causing the krr krr sound.Originally posted by wallpapers123 View Post30+ YEARS OF RIDING

See there are 2 screws to the rubber slider. One goes under the chain which u r mentioning and other goes on the other side which I can't see in the picture...Originally posted by Janesh.J View PostWhich screw are you mentioning. See on the inside theres an empty hole... There shud be another screw thereOriginally posted by Janesh.J View PostI guess we are confusing... Check this picture. There is only one screw. The other one (the other picture) is the one i used to fix the rubber tube on the slider (the one with the blue thing).

Re: KTM 200 Duke
Yea that's the one..!! Maybe that was a bit loose making noise..also there accumulates a lot of grime between the chain and the slider... I had to push it out of there while cleaning..!!!Originally posted by Janesh.J View PostOh the one on the left near the top.. that is the screw hole for fixing the plastic cover over the chain (chain cover).

[QUOTE=Doga;1027651]isn't the front recommended pressure 25.5 ? correct me if iam wrong.
I dont think so bcoz my bike is of the 13 batch and according to the booklet which i received with my bike it has been mentioned that the tire pressure that needs to be maintained is..... 29-front N 29-rear solo or 32-rear pillion. Not able to post pics or else would have posted the pic of the booklet page

[QUOTE=sanjana k;1029033]THe manual mentions incorrect readings(28.5). The sticker on the plastic chain cover has the correct readings. THe svc follows the chain cover readingsOriginally posted by Doga View Postisn't the front recommended pressure 25.5 ? correct me if iam wrong.

Re: KTM 200 Duke
Hi,Originally posted by chinmayakar View PostWas browsing through Motozone site (as I am on Notice Period and have less work), and I must say I am impressed by what they have to offer. Good to see fine tuners cropping up in Mumbai.
I liked the Leo Vince exhaust. Any idea how it performs? Any one using it?
I also found 42 teeth rear sprocket, will the acceleration be hard?
Anyone using motozone products? It will be great if we can have a review.
Will be calling him up later (much later), as I know if I call him, and if I like what he says, then it will be very hard for me to stay away.
I have been using the pipercross air filter from Motozone for almost a year now. Had researched a lot before going for it. It performs real well and gives a feeling of amazing acceleration(although I havent tested the real performance figures).
One more thing, Since these are lifetime warranty filters, it is of utmost importance to ensure that you can claim warranty in case of damages and haapy to say that Motozone will promptly replace your filter with a new one in the event of any damage while riding.
Mine was literally tattered after the monsoons and I was worried whether Vikram will replace it or not. He did it without any qualms
Really happy with the service. Thinking of going ahead with the ECU and exhaust system from him. That's all that I will ever need on my Duke 200. (the resale is pathetic so i better beef it up and use it till it dies a natural death)

I just visited motozone and saw the filters. I liked them and now your review makes them seem even better.Originally posted by Deathmate.Zed View PostHi,

I was looking forward to buy the adjustable levers they had. Any idea about how good they are?

However I got this amazing looking anodized aluminium front brake oil cover from them. Looks great. do check that out if they have them. Also can anyone direct me about getting the kiirus remap in Pune??Also I am not sure if the performance actually bumped up sustantially by using the air filter only. hence a Remap-Filter-exhaust way would be the best i guess

What is the web address for the motozone site? Is there any? Google doesn't give anything in the first two pagesOriginally posted by Deathmate.Zed View PostNo idea about that buddy sorry

Oh and I would be happy to give you a ride to check the filter out if you want. Making an informed decision is always better. By the way the seller was so confident in my case that he gave me a money back guarantee if I didnt like itOriginally posted by Doga View PostWhat is the web address for the motozone site?
