Pizzaboi , yes the front part moves about , i think i need to replace the coneset and i have a bent rim. does bent rim affect much ? can i give the front wheel to be straightened ? or will i need replacement. currently i dont have 4k to replace the rims so how reliable will be straightening be ?
You can get them trued, for about a 100 bucks... The bent rim should not affect it as much, unless it has caused the entire wheel to go off balance

thanks pizzaboi no i think the wheel balance is fine ill stick to straightening it cause i mainly use it for normal city riding. then straightening it is.. but krishna said that it is not that reliable but im not going for any trackdays. will stick to this till i get cash to change the rims. but ill just check with Mr.Madhu Manager here at mysore svc. good bloke. if something can be done with claiming insurance for this. thanks pizzaboi will update you guys what happens tomorrow at svc. maybe some of this info will be a useful for newbies out there.

Actually even a slight bend in rim will throw the wheel off balance, it may be ok for short city rides but not for any highway riding especially with duke speeds. Better get this replaced asap.

Hey guys i'm new to this thread ..earlier had experience of bikes like 200ns,220,fz etc. but this time i'm ready to race!!
I have got a used Duke200 ..So the problems in my bike are
            1) The bike is having missing problem..the bike feels as if the fuel is getting over..i think that it's a issue with the fuel pump .But the thing is new fuel pump will set back around 5k for me..so can anyone advice that can we get the fuel pump repaired in bangalore??? .

2)The exhaust note becomes quite unnatural after 4-5k rpm ..it feels like there's something wrong with the exhaust..
Please advice me on these queries.
            Thanks

The screeching noise is caused by a worn chain slider, you can get it changed at the SVC

What sort of riding are you talking about? Is it city riding or highway riding? From what I understand I think you are talking about vibrations when your at 4k and above?

                      I mean city riding itself...
There are too much vibration from my vehicle so that my hands are numb after a 30 minute ride

Now rode to hometown in Kerala, feels good, clocked 1073 kms
I will be giving it for service after returning to mysore that will be at 1300 kms ,

Will that be a problem ? Or is it mandatory to do service at just 1000 ??

I would suggest that just don't go hard on the bike after you clock that 1000k

Yes you need to get the tank off your bike, empty the tank and then remove the fuel pump assembly on the bottom of the tank.
I would suggest getting it dine by svc itself or a competent mechanic.
